    Appliance purchases

    They had lots of appliance to select from and the delivery went very smoothly. I have purchased from this company in person (pre-pandemic) as well as online during the pandemic and it was equally easy both times. Friendly and polite staff, not sure what more I want.

    Stove Delivery

    Amazing, courteous and professional from start to finish. Ordering was easy and quick. Customer service was amazing! The delivery team was fantastic! I am very satisfied and would highly recommend!

    Upright freezers

    Ordered a 20 cubic upright freezer in Sept 2020, finally arrived today. The young men doing the delivery were very professional and very accommodating. It took 10 months to get it but CAS kept us updated every step of the way. Who knew the pandemic would cause a 10 month delay in 20 cubic freezers.

    Refrigerator delivery

    I purchased a refrigerator via email and phone calls. Salesman Nick was completely professional and worked with me to find the right refrigerator for my budget and needs. He suggested a few models, listened to my feedback and came up with the perfect model. Went out of his way to find me an in stock model with a short delivery window. Delivery went perfect. Timing of arrival was exactly what was estimated on the app they provided. The delivery guys were quick, careful and had the refrigerator in place very quickly. Left no mess and were very helpful and professional. Thanks guys!

    Microwave

    Best price you could get on a great microwave. Took a long time to get here though but that happens when you live in a small town like we do.

    New oven

    Had an issue when oven was first ordered. I waited 5 weeks. There was an issue with them getting stock. They offered me a different oven which was delivered in 3 days.

    Great Service and professional staff

    From start to finish, sale to install these guys were amazing !! I am impressed! I originally went to the store just to inquire and returned 4 months later. I got a different sales person but the service was still very good. They are so helpful, the price is competitive and the delivery guys were fast and on point !!

    Kitchen

    We have Electrolux appliances already so went for the same brain. I called the store and the gentleman was very helpful. Very easy to order on line. Also love that they don’t take the full amount until it is sent.

    Horrible Canadian

    Do not buy from Canadian appliance Canadian appliance the worst company I have ever dealt with Bought a fridgidaire brand new had it delivered on Thursday may 27 First the delivery guy was a disgrace. Told me I had to take the doors off my old fridge or they wouldn’t take it which I was never told. His partner thank god took pity only me and finally removed the doors but the other guy just kept saying this isn’t our job. So they leave our new fridge is now covered in wrapping and foam. We take about 2 hours taking all the packing off and we had to put the handles on Plug the fridge In. Put all the food etc into it. Next day freezer is great fridge doesn’t get cold Called Canadian appliance. Was told that it has to be repaired by Frigidaire or we have to submit a form online which we did. Didn’t hear anything for days Then they had the nerve to say they can’t take it back it’s used. We plugged it in. LIKE REALLY Wow no fridge again So it’s now been over a week. No arrangements from Frigidaire and nothing from Canadian appliance. We have a 2700.00 fridge that doesn’t work. Wow in this day and age The worst service ever , DO NOT BUY FROM Canadian APPLIANCE EVER � ◦

Please understand that CAS is an authorized retailer, and we receive all of the appliances we sell directly from the manufacturer in their original packaging. The packaging is not removed until the appliance is presented to our customers. Therefore, CAS does not perform Quality Control testing on any of the appliances we sell. This is done by the manufacturer during the production process. As such, there are times that an appliance may experience functional issues shortly after purchase and as it is a functional issue, it falls under the manufacturer's warranty. In cases like this, the manufacturer provides CAS with very specific guidelines on how to proceed. This will almost always include having the manufacturer send out a technician to assess the appliance. The technician's report is provided to the manufacturer who then determines whether or not they feel as though the appliance can be repaired or would need to be replaced.     Kitchen Renovation

    Total cost of reno project is approx 150,000. Appliances including hood fan included a LG fridge, Bosch dishwasher, panasonic microwave, gas stove. All were delivered in perfect shape. Than you
