    Best prices excellent services from start to finish

    I purchased a Napoleon BBQ via online due to the pandemic. The sales person was patient and knowledgeable. The price was the lowest on the market and delivery was hassle free.

    Frigidaire oven

    Great service and prices and quick delivery. All amazing especially during COVID. The salesman and the delivery guys were all fantastic and very polite. Oven was delivered on time and in perfect order.

    Kitchen fridge

    My fridge crapped out in the middle of the night and you guys saved the day!!! Ordered my new fridge and it was here in only teo days. You guys rock!!

    LG Fridge

    First delivery had to be returned but it was the delivery person that discovered the error, Delivery within one day of order, 4 hour window plus call within 20 min of arrival. Front door removed and reinstalled without a problem Will use again

    Great service

    Great delivery service.......no issues at all. I would recommend them The driver who came provided great service Very friendly and he reviewed everything with me The representative who sold me the items was also friendly

    Stove and dishwasher

    Friendly, fast, and efficient. Great customer service which can be difficult right now because of the pandemic. My salesperson was patient with me and answered all my questions. I will use them again in the future.

    Very good shopping experience

    Very nice online shopping experience! Recommended. It is very smooth and delivery is great. I would recommend to all my friends. I wish the return and exchange is easier. The price is very attractive compared with other stores.

    Kitchen Stove Purchase and Delivery During Lockdown

    3 weeks before I close on my current home my stove broke and it had to be replaced quickly. In a time when many appliances and deliveries are on backorder due to the covid-19 pandemic and lockdowns, the purchase and delivery of my new stove was done quickly and efficiently and I had my new stove in my kitchen within 3 days of purchasing. Additionally, the delivery guys were very professional and respectful but also pleasant and friendly. They had their masks on before they entered my home giving me and my kiddos some covid comfort.

    Worst Customer Service, Poor Management

    They are worst ! Before we bought the appliances we specifically asked to seller that we wanted all installation included. He told us that we dont have to worry about the installation because installation was included. When the delivery guys came to our home, they didnt installe anything and they left. Plus, they were rude to me and my husband. They damaged the walls even we told them to be careful. We called customer service about our experience. They told us that they will get back to us soon. It has been a 3 weeks and nobody called us yet! We went to the store we bought all our appliances in order to pick it up our last order. We wanted to talk with the manager about our bad experience. Employee told us that manager DOESN'T want to talk with us because of COVID. Well, she/he can wear a mask and maintain the social distance or simply she/he could call us. He/she didnt want to face with us and the way she/he used covid is not an excuse!!! We have been living in a pandemi more than a year and all the companies found a way to run their businesses. His/her attitude shows that he/she doesnt care his/her customer like the rest of the company. Dont waste your time and money for Canadian Appliance Source especially the branch in Kitchener, Ontario. They are unrespectful and rude.

    In stock Kitchen Aid fridge!

    My 20 year old Amana fridge stopped working during the heatwave. Due to COVID, appliances are on back order and in short supply at just about every place I found online. To my disbelief, CAS had the exact model/size KitchenAid I wanted and promised next day delivery! Sales rep Gladwyn gave quick quote and gave me some time to consider my options. Once I decided, he was accessible and the payment method was easy. The delivery tracking system was very helpful. Kelvin and Zhuk were friendly and professional!
