During these challenging times, it is overwhelming to order appliances on-line when you cannot see them in a store. I spoke to a lot of appliance retailers and all of them offered special deals. However, CAS really stood out as having excellent customer-focused conversations to help identify priorities and work within budgets and timelines. When the oven we ordered was on backorder and then discontinued, CAS arranged for us to order a different model, and we even received it ahead of the original schedule. The digital communications and follow-up from the set-up and delivery people was also excellent. We look forward to buying our next appliance from CAS next year -- once we save more money! Thank you
