    Stove and Refrigerator Purchase

    During Covid, availability of appliances has been scarce. Couldn't find the appliances I wanted at the regular stores so tried CAS. They had what I wanted and automatically gave me a discount price. A week later and they are now sitting in my kitchen. I couldn't be happier

    Range

    The service was quick and easy. I didn't have any issues and everything that was promised was delivered. Unlike other places that sell appliances, they kept their word and I would buy from them again.

    Quick and Edficient

    Ordered stove and received call within hour to confirm and within two days received delivery! Very quick and great service. Delivery personal were very friendly and nice on a hot day!

    Dishwasher

    Good price. Excellent service. As per COVID, ordered online, was called by sales rep who was very knowledgeable about the product and walked me through what to expect at each step. Delivery was quick and the personnel were polite and efficient.

    Excellent pre, during, and post service

    During these challenging times, it is overwhelming to order appliances on-line when you cannot see them in a store. I spoke to a lot of appliance retailers and all of them offered special deals. However, CAS really stood out as having excellent customer-focused conversations to help identify priorities and work within budgets and timelines. When the oven we ordered was on backorder and then discontinued, CAS arranged for us to order a different model, and we even received it ahead of the original schedule. The digital communications and follow-up from the set-up and delivery people was also excellent. We look forward to buying our next appliance from CAS next year -- once we save more money! Thank you

    Bosh refrigerator

    We needed to replace our refrigerator that had suddenly stopped working. Mohammed found the best one that fitted in the space we had. It was great to have his help for the search. We originally had a delivery date for the next Tuesday but he called us to let us know something happened with the truck and we would then get the Friday. That was a disappointment but not too much.

    I have replaced all my appliances from products from CAS.

    My washer broke just last week. I spoke to a great sales rep who helped me choose the correct appliance for me (keeping in mind price and features required) I was able to get the appliances delivered quickly, which was important. The delivery was scheduled and executed quickly and very professionally. They gave me all the information I needed. I am extremely happy with the whole process of buying these new appliances.

    Samsung range

    Excellent phone customer service. Very quick and easy order with fair prices. I would for sure buy from them again! My delivery was fast and efficient. I would highly recommend

    From beginning to almost end it’s been great service. Mike helped us select appliances within our price range while maintaining quality in the forefront. Very organized. Excellent service. Excellent delivery. The delivery crew was very friendly, deficient and clean. Thank you!

    Prompt and professional service

    Prompt and professional service. Kien was very helpful on the online chat providing options for our space and requirements. Installers were prompt and made no disruption in the house. Highly recommended.
