    Purchase and delivery of Refrigerator

    The delivery service is overall highly commendable. The online tracking system was very helpful, the timeline for arrival and delivery is pretty much on time. The two delivery guys whose name Nigel and Leonard are very professional, dedicated and helpful. They made things easy for us and no issues. We are Thankful for them and highly recommended for their good service.

    New Refrigerator!

    For the second time in a year, our old fridge went on the blink....what with storing insulin for our very, very elderly parent we needed a new one very, very quickly. The website of CAS was great, with highlighting new ones with accurate delivery dates and the help of a great salesperson, we placed our order and it was delivered the next day. The delivery folk were great! They eyeballed the size and picked the best way to bring it into the house. Painless, and we are impressed......we are not easily impressed. Thanks to everyone....Jay and the delivery people (sorry we didn't catch their names).

    New electric range

    Great products, great service and fast delivery even during lock down. We found it difficult during lock down not to be able to go in the store to view the product. Alex (in Ottawa) took time with us over the phone to explain everything and was very helpful. I was very confident that I was getting what I wanted.

    Extra mile

    I have bought multiple appliances for a kitchen renovation from CAS. They have a great selection and the best prices. But what triggered this review was the extra effort Melvin from Etobicoke gave me when he searched through their warehouse for a misplaced, obsolete, microwave trim kit. A month earlier, other salesmen had told me it must be a mistake in their system as they could not find it. But after a month of searching at other stores, only to find out no one carried it, I tried one last time since it still was showing up on the CAS website. This time Melvin picked up the phone and told me he would do his best to find it... and after some time searching, he did! Thank you Melvin, your extra effort was a huge help to me.

    BBQ Purchase

    Got a good price on a top brand BBQ and despite the COVID crunch it was delivered in just over 3 weeks. Delivery was no hassle and BBQ is great.

    Second perfect wxperiencd

    2nd delivery, one in the GTA and second up north. Both times everything was perfect, price was great and delivery was on time. Will not deal with anyone else from now on.

    We were so happy to receive our bbq! Many thanks!

    We found the bbq we were looking for at CAS, no other appliance store could deliver. Carlos told us he would deliver and he did. The delivery service was on time and both gentlemen were very polite and courteous. Thank you very much CAS.

    New Washing Machine

    Great help from Muzz in purchase of the washing machine, quick delivery and happy with the machine. However, delivery guys made a mess and missed some setup that I had to do.
