    delivery and installation of refrigerator

    No story . We were completely satisfied with the delivery and the men were efficient and knowledgeable and very helpful . They arrived well within the time frame promised and worked quickly . Robert the technician was excellent.

    Best appliance company

    Excellent company to work with, most competitive pricing and service around. I would highly recommend the salesperson Yvonne at CAS, she was a pleasure to work with! The best appliance company I have dealt with.

    Appliances for bew home

    I bought 5 main appliances and additional wall oven and microwave - the deal I got from Canadian appliances source was great also the sales agent Muzamel was very professional with us and didn’t try to push us to buy what we didn’t want, actually he helped us buying the brand that we were looking for and he was able to get us great discount.

    Dryer delivery

    Great job I will use them again. They We’re easy to work with. Delivery guy was on time and respectful of our property. Highly recommend Using this company for appliances as well as delivery.

    Poor customer care

    Be warned. The second you take your appliance out of the packaging to plug it in, CAS passes the buck to the manufacturer for any defects. No returns/exchanges. Poor experience.

    Dear Customer, Thank you for your feedback. We regret to hear that your appliance has a functional issue. Please understand that CAS is an authorized retailer, and we receive all of the appliances we sell directly from the manufacturer in their original packaging. The packaging is not removed until the appliance is presented to our customers. Therefore, CAS does not perform Quality Control testing on any of the appliances we sell. This is done by the manufacturer during the production process. As such, there are times that an appliance may experience functional issues shortly after purchase and as it is a functional issue, it falls under the manufacturer's warranty. In cases like this, the manufacturer provides CAS with very specific guidelines on how to proceed. This will almost always include having the manufacturer send out a technician to assess the appliance. The technician's report is provided to the manufacturer who then determines whether or not they feel as though the appliance can be repaired or would need to be replaced.

    All Major Appliance replacement

    Amazing Service at every single touch point. I've used CAS a couple of times now and am struck by the level of service and expertise. I seriously can't recommend an area where you can improve the experience. Home run all the way. Thank you very much.

    Wine cooler

    New Appliances

    We moved in the middle of Covid-19. Canadian Appliance warned us of the possible delays in receiving the five appliances we ordered. They kept us apprised all along the way, splitting our order and delivering when items came in. When the freezer was even further delayed they gave us the option to cancel. We stayed and I am happy to say we have everything. Percy at CA and the delivery crew were a joy to work with.

    Washing machine

    We ordered an LG front load washing machine over the phone from CAS. We scheduled delivery and installation online. The delivery men were courteous, fast and efficient. The unit was installed and they were on their way in 20 minutes, taking our old machine with them. Highly recommend this company!

    Appliance Purchase

    This is the second time I have purchased from Canadian Appliance Source and an equally good experience. My salesperson was very patient throughout the selection process answering many questions. Once ordered, the unit was on backorder but CAS kept me advised every step of the way, including when it arrived last week. Delivery was easily scheduled and it arrived today on time. A good experience throughout.
