    Washer replacement

    Salesperson Mike, was knowledgeable and patient and extremely helpful in selecting this machine. All dates were met. Product as described. Delivery service guys were totally timely and removed old machine and delivered new one professional and quickly. They were just awesome and courteous. Highly recommend store and their delivery staff. Eugene

    Lg oven

    I searched for the right oven to make cooking easier because I’m in a wheelchair. This LG has all the right features and more. The salesman did a good job dialing me in on the right item. You should list this one as ADA compliant front dial so you don’t reach across hot burners. No. Handle on bottom drawer to catch chair on Bluetooth features an added bonus. I would recommend the product and the company to anyone who will listen

    Samsung DVE45T6005W

    Good service both in sales n delivery. I recommend this company. Hopefully, this Samsung is good product, which can pair up my existing Samsung washing machine. Thanks to CAS and staff.

    Purchasing and delivery of appliance and communication

    CAS continually communicated with us a 100% of the time and are very professional. The delivery crew was great, polite and efficient. When they said they would be at our home shortly to deliver they were!!

    Purchase & Delivery of Stove

    We initially went with another company to try and bundle our kitchen appliances. Looking back now I regret not branching out more. Stumbling across CAS was perfect, as they had our model and specified sized Stove, in stock and UNDER the price of the big name box stores. They were courteous, helpful. And answered every question, even adding in some of their own perspective to help us with our new stove. Recommend CAS to any and everyone who would need an appliance, scratch and scuff free and in perfect working order. Will delve back into their services in the future

    Great shopping experience!!

    Great experience with CAS. They were able to provide the appliance package i was looking for. I like how you can track your order status online. Received partial delivery today. So far good experience.

    Appliances

    So far so good except for two things....1) the fridge I ordered came in damaged...they took it back and I’m still waiting for a replacement... 2)I purchased a dehumidifier and found it too noisy after using it for 20 minutes...put it back in the box ready for return...I am told that my return would not be accepted....this is very UNACCEPTABLE and unjustified to say the least...I request a manager’s call on this

    Terrible customer service

    I should have taken all the negative reviews on line more seriously. After going back and forth with Peter, a salesman out of the Hamilton office for several days he confirmed a price then when he couldn’t actually offer the price he just stopped returning my calls. Terrible, will never shop with them again Goemans offered a better price and actually returns your phone calls.

    Efficient

    I bought a new electric stove from these guys. There was great amount of choice. The prices were very good. The salesperson was a pleasure to deal with. Easy and on time delivery. Zero problems.

    Worst Company to deal with

    We purchase a range from them the product arrived and when we attempted to use it that evening it was not working. We called the next day and all they did was refer us to the supplier. Great sales service. Lousy customer service. Do not buy from them.
