    New Appliances

    We purchased four appliances (and paid to have the four old ones removed). We had them delivered to our condo. We found their tracking link really helpful to let us know their arrival time to put the elevator on service. The three men who delivered were professional, courteous and efficient. Very impressed with the service!

    Fast and easy

    I needed a new dryer. I called and placed the order with CAS. It was easy and hassle-free. And they even delivered the very next day. I can finally have dry clothes again. Thank you!

    Bitterly Disappointed

    Chose CAS for their 'white glove service' Delivery was rushed and very unprofessional. I Sent multiple emails and follow up phone calls to customer service with no avail. The floor was damaged/scratched at our entry and this too has not been resolved. Wanted to support local...Will be shopping elsewhere next time.

    New washer and dryer

    It took 3 weeks but understand the circumstances with this Covid environment. Called on Tuesday to say they would deliver in two days. Delivery was on time and seamless so very pleased.

    Appliance Delivery

    Given layout of my house makes delivery of large items difficult. Delivery took longer than expected but the men were great about removing box, front door of house and bottom of fridge to make it happen. I appreciate the they care took so to not damage the house.

    LG fridge

    The service from Brian at the Laval QC location was great. He addressed all my concerns. The price was very competitive. Delivery prompt & courteous. All in all a 5 star experience.

    Kitchen Renovation

    We ordered the appliances pre-COVID and were happy with the service. Delivery became a problem in the latter stages, but this was due to the pandemic and we were in the same boat as many others. The company did do it's best to help us during this time.

    Excellent customer service and customer after care

    Sales staff provided excellent guidance at time of purchase. Item was delivered ahead of schedule and sales and customer care staff also provided excellent after purchase service that helped to solidify my confidence with product and CAS.

    Iremove install washer dryer

    Amazing. There was no mess bc and fast and friendly. The service was top notch and after installing they asked if I was satisfied and if there was anything else they could do.

    Needed new fridge

    Needed a new fridge and had already bought a kitchen through Canadian appliance source and I had a great experience so bought a fridge from them this time! I'll definitely buy again from them ! :)
