    They don't take ownership and endless backorders

    I ordered a fridge in June 2020. This is for my own home not a client project. It backordered until Sept THEN Oct. And when it arrived it didn't match the dimensions online and now they won't do full refund.theyre threatenjng to keep 25% of the total when they haven't even shipped the new product I ordered because the first order dimensions we're wrong online - the delivery guys confirmed this. To all trades out there.. if you need a dealer you can rely on it is not Canadian Appliance.

    Fridge

    Excellent customer service- disappointed the fridge we ordered was on back order when we wanted it delivered- was in stock for weeks & it was taken from our order to fill another customers order

    Home appliances

    Sale women welcome us with charms and she is a part-time. she made all recommendations for all types appliances that we should Buy for the best of our money's. Good sale women.

    Refrigerator purchase

    Needed a new refrigerator during COVID pandemic. Severe shortage in city. CAS had the right type/ size in stock and delivered within 2 days. Very friendly, helpful service by Steve Lederer at CAS. Delivery was on time, professional and friendly.

    I am satisfied. It was quick and the installation was fine. Thank you. The guys for the installation were at time and the tracking application was great. Thanks you again.

    Beware of no returns policy!!

    I bought new appliances for my kitchen, sales guy Johnny suggested we get them early or may not get at all, stored them in boxes protected for 3 weeks while did renovation. When unboxing fridge, giant dent in door, looks terrible, can’t hide it. Try to return it for an undamaged one (we didn’t buy dented, we paid for an undamaged machine. They refuse to accept return and give you NO way to get an undamaged fridge. Be WARNED! You’ll get this same treatment, READ all reviews, they hide the honest ones and put up these fake positive reviews!

Please understand that all physical damages need to be reported within 48 hours of receiving your product. As you state, you did not unbox your appliances until 3 weeks after you had received them. I would suggest contacting the manufacturer to see if they will assist you. As well, CAS has no ability to "hide" or edit or delete reviews on Homestars or on Google.     Service

    I ordered the freezer at the end July and because of COVID-19 the co. Had trouble with the actual order to be delivered to them. However, as soon as they received it it was shipped to us. The delivery men were very efficient and on time.

    washer replacement

    Our clothing washer broke beyond repair and had to be replaced. Checked online and found out that CAS had the model we were looking for hence the reason we purchased it.

    Simple Purchase

    Selection, Delivery and takeaway of a dishwasher was simple and painless. Communication was excellent via phone, text AND email. Delivery personnel showed up wearing masks, although driver took his down while inside, which was a bit surprising. Other than that, an excellent shopping experience.

    Samsung stove

    Sales was very helpful. Prompt and efficient, they listened to my needs and quick follow up with inquiries. I have used my appliance and I am very happy with my purchase.
