    In-law suite

    Erin in the show room was very articulate and supplied answers to all of my questions. Thanks Erin. The two gentlemen who delivered my fridge were professionals and very funny. Thanks guys for your work.

    Stove and hood vent

    David Thomas provide great service and the best price!!! We had been to there stores and we received the typical sales pitch but not with David, he was honest and very knowledgeable. Thanks for the great service. The movers were top notch!! David

    Frigidaire induction electric range

    This is my second purchase with CAS and also my second time dealing with Jamie at the Ottawa East location. The first purchase was an electrolux frontload washer and dryer set and the current purchase was a frigidaire induction electric range. The first purchase was made last year pre-pandemic and the most recent purchase was made a few days ago in mid-September 2020. Both experiences have been great. Jamie was great to deal with both times, and the delivery teams both times have been courteous and efficient. I highly recommend dealing with CAS, and Jamie in particular if you're in Ottawa, if you're in the market for new home appliances.

    Great service from purchase to delivery

    Super easy shopping and ordering experience. Delivery of new appliance (and removal of the old one) had amazing tracking system. No time was wasted at any moment. I will buy all my appliances from CAS in future.

    Kitchen appliances

    We moved out of Ecuador when the virus hit and managed to get the last flight out of Quito after a harrowing trip in the Andes and being stopped regularly by the army. We arrived safely back in Canada and bought a small house complete with ants and an ancient kitchen. People don’t cook anymore so why bother spending money on modern appliances. We are old fashioned and healthy seniors who enjoy good food, good sex and being happy just like the Pope has recently stated in his latest encyclical you should do likewise.

    Dishwasher

    In early September 2020, Aman Sharm in the Winnipeg store took the time and trouble to understand my needs and concerns and quickly put together a package that completely satisfied me at a good price. Thanks Aman.

    Amana Refrigerator, Stove, Dishwasher replacements

    Sales Rep was exceptional, very helpful in all areas from appliance specs and selection to payment and delivery information. Customer Service and Delivery Team were most helpful when actual delivery had to be rescheduled due to unavailability of the condo Service Elevator. Everyone was so polite and accommodating. We will definitely refer our Friends and Family members to Canadian Appliance Source.

    Washer and dryer purchase

    My wife and I needed a new washer and dryer. Nick at Canadian Appliance Source quickly put together the pair we wanted at a fair price. Delivery and set-up were completed efficiently at the time promised.

    Easy to navigate and compare products on Website. I was able to actually speak on the phone with a salesman in my area and he responded quickly to all my inquiries

    fabulous appliances

    Purchased a range and dishwasher. Great helpful, knowledgeable, staff, current product, great prices and quick delivery. Definately a 5 star company. Couldn't have been any smoother. I will certainly use again.
