    worst company in the world

    I got a laundry machine from the company and found the sales representative very pushy he did not mention that sales were final even though it was not a open box item. I bought a laundry machine which will be a second one to be intalled in my basement. But after checking with 2 contractors for installation I found out that the electrical system in the house will not support a second machine. When I called Canada Appliance they said yes you could return it just need to send an email to use will charge 25% restocking fee and delivery charge. But latter got an email from them that the sale is final if that is the case why do you have a returns system and how could they arbitrarely decide what is returnable even though it is not being used and is brand new. I would go best buy or amazon next time as they do not have issues like this.

    My New Favorite “Go To” Appliance Store

    For over ten years I’ve bought all my big appliances from one store who price match everyone and provide great service ( name starts with a “T”) So I went there again to make my purchase but did a quick search to find my items for the best price online. I saw CAS showing best price by 50$ so I checked to see if it was an actual store or online only and they had a store near me. I went in twice and worked David and Al on separate occassions to purchase a range and hood. They gave great service, pricing and realtime online tracking for delivery. I will shop with them again.

    Sales person a pleasure to work with

    I had to purchase all new kitchen appliances due to a house fire, and had been putting it off because the thought of buying that many items was very overwhelming. I had done some research before entering the Toronto location at 65 Dufflaw Rd. but was open to suggestions. Working with Antonio Barone felt easy. All anxieties left as soon as we started talking. There was no pressure, he knew the products, helped guide me to the appliances that would suit my needs and gave me an amazing deal!!! I’m going back to him to purchase my washer and dryer. I can’t wait to see what units he suggests for me!!

    TV Purchase

    Was looking for a reasonably priced Samsung 65" QLED TV. Most affordable I found was at Canadian Alliance. Mr Harry Kainth was extremely helpful with my purchase (I purchased over the phone with a family member in Toronto standing in for me). Hew was extremely helpful with all matters and arranged the best price possible.

    looking for a wall oven

    we are in the process of purchasing a new 27 inch wall oven and are quite surprised how many different options are available. After comparing all the different products we decided to go with the Bosch 500 series through the recommendations of Kanwal Ahuja. It truly was the better deal at the end of the day. Our only disappointment was that we are unable to see the product until it comes to the store for pick up. No one has small ovens on display.

    Beverage refrigerator

    Bought a black beverage refrigerator but they delivered a white one,I immediately called the sales rep, he sent me an email apologizing for the mistake and sent a form for me to fill out and send to customer service which I did , then they wanted pictures of the refrigerator and the packaging which I didn’t have as it was unpacked in the delivery van , bottom line they are not prepared to exchange this , they keep saying the matter will be reviewed and they will contact me in 48 hours. There is no matter to review they sent the wrong colour and have no intention of taking the white one back and delivering the black one that I ordered. I will never use them again , there phone message says “ we care about our customers and treat them as if they were a member of our family.” They should be put out of business, they have all kinds of bad reviews, wish I had checked them before I gave them my money.

You advised us on January 16 that you had received the wrong colour fridge and on January 18, after going over the documents you provided, the Returns department advised you that they had approved your exchange request. You then advised us on January 22 that you no longer needed the exchange as you had decided to use the white one you had received. Again my apologies for the mixup and for any inconvenience, however, we were more than willing to exchange your fridge as requested.

    Very happy customer

    As a busy guy working 2&3 jobs everyday. I had no choice but to tackle a gas dryer repair. :( the part is hard to find and gave me the option of buying a new machine. Cost wasn't an issue so I went to 6 showrooms and left with nothing except for reps wanting me to buy from them and wait 12-30 days for delivery. Thanks to Dan Villecourt at the Barrie Canadian appliance source. I got an extended warranty and saved lots. 2 days later I have my new gas dryer hooked up and working. Thank you

    Item delivered undamaged and on time

    Our range was delivered on time and was in stock as they promised in midtown Toronto in January, 2018. There was no damage. The delivery workman declined to take off their boots, tracking snow through our home. They left the range unplugged, with the safety leg lock uninstalled and covered in packing tape. Perhaps there is a separate fee required for "installation," but this was not mentioned by the salesperson I dealt with.

    New Appliance Order 5 items

    Promised for early Jan before Jan 10, now item won’t be in warehouse before Jan 23. Call centre says sales people know this and don’t tell you just to get the sale. Salesperson hasn’t called back, over a week! Major surgery coming up in two weeks so now it's unlikely we can get it done in time, plus cancellation may cost us a penalty. and unlikely we can get the items elsewhere in time.

    Be careful with CAS customer service which is really bad from top down.

    Be careful with CAS customer service which is really bad from top down. I paid for removal of old fridge when bought a new one. Delivery crew was rude, delivered new fridge but refused to remove old fridge, hit walls inside house and slammed new fridge. No instructions was given to disassemble fridge door before delivery. Called CAS customer service to schedule new pickup and was told I have to pay again; agents were rude and only escalate to manager after requested 3 times. Left phone message with manager who did not return phone calls nor follow up with escalated email. This was a week ago. Salesman was gracious to arrange “alternative” pickup; but management and call centre don’t care. Stay away from them.
