    Always a very good service and products

    We are always buying appliances from Andrei Volintiru.- Canadian appliance. We are very pleased with the service and the quality of the products. A big 10 from us . Also, the delivery guys are reliable and doing a good job.

    No help with faulty product

    Spent a fortune on kitchen appliances from Canadian Appliance Source. I learned only afterward that once the product is delivered, CAS offers no customer service for faulty products. I was referred directly to Frigidaire and now after 4+ months, 25+ phone calls, 5 service calls with 5 days off work, the Frigidaire professional series fridge still leaks everywhere! Frigidaire will not replace it and tells me I should keep waiting around, taking days off work so the repair team can continue to order more parts and attempt to fix it. My guess is that this will continue until the warrantee expires. Very disappointed.

    Refrigerator, Range, Hood vent, Microwave

    No delivery yet. Deferred 8 weeks. The buying experience was exceptional. Both Al and Ray were very knowledgeable and helpful. We'll definitely be back when more appliances are needed and definitely recommend CAS.

    Excellent experience for buying wahser/dryer

    Bought the Washer and Dryer from Rishi two weeks ago on the phone. Excellent service, excellent price and fast delivery. I highly recommended if you want to buy any appliances!

    Freezer return failure

    We purchase a freezer from this company and it failed after 30 days. We were directed to the manufacturer for support and the manufacturers sent a technician in short order who determined the unit was not fixable. We contacted CAS to get a replacement and they said the manufacturer had to send a form. The manufacturer sent the form and called us to confirm that they had sent it. Then CAS never called and multiple attempts to get them to confirm whether they had received the form failed to get results. They would not check whether they received the form and told us they would contact us if the form was received. So we have been in a chicken in egg. The manufacturer has resent the form and we have not been called by CAS and they will not confirm. Their customer support also refused to direct me to a manager. After 2.5 months on the phone once or twice per week, we still have no replacement freezer. This company is awful.

    Whirlpool Microwave exhaust fan combo

    In Praise of Nanci Vanier, CAS customer service!!!!! I bought my microwave/hood fan from CAS. They were the only ones in the country who had this apartment size version and they delivered promptly. Within a month this expensive item broke down and customers are supposed to deal directly with Whirlpool. NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!! WHIRLPOOL IS HORRIBLE TO DEAL WITH!!! Truly terrible! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They keep you on hold, and do NOT RETURN CALLS! After 6 weeks of the worst experience ever, I phoned CAS and begged for their help. It was not their problem, it was whirlpool, but Nanci Vanier in CAS customer service went way above and beyond to help me - out of kindness! Even she had to wait on hold for 30 minutes to reach someone from Whirlpool, and she represents a huge distributor! But she did, she spoke to a supervisor and Whirlpool, (HAVE I MENTIONED HOW TERRIBLE WHIRLPOOL, IS?) are finally sending someone to correct THEIR error. Did I mention that they seem to have no idea what's going on? When they did send someone, the technician WHIRLPOOL sent said HE was given the wrong info BY WHIRLPOOL and couldn't help me. Even he called Whirlpool, waited on line and tried to help me. Yay technician Mike, but still WHIRLPOOL COULD NOT GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER. WHY???? THANK YOU, NANCI VANIER from CAS! You are my hero! but know that as TERRIBLE AS WHIRLPOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ... Nanci Vanier rocked my world. Thanks to Valerie, also in customer service for helping me navigate the site.

    They were good at the sale - but garbage at service and delivery

    Sales experience was great. Yet, they outsource the delivery experience to another company and while we did all the checks they ask - they refused to deliver it because the elevator for my small building wasn't on service. This isn't a requirement of our building, it was "liability" for them. I have to double down on delivery because they are malefactors about this process. You aren't really saving all that much money from HBC - but at the very least their delivery arm is professional and decent.

    refrigerator purchase

    Mike Lebrun helped my wife and I during our visit to the Mississauga location. We had researched the fridge we wanted and he was very helpful confirming any questions we had. The price he quoted was very competitive and we were very impressed with the whole process. Would certainly go back to see Mike for any future requirements.

    Buying New Fridge

    We needed a new fridge and Rajesh Sareen was very helpful. The transaction was very fast as he knew majority of the models and understood our price points. The delivery process went smooth and we love our new fridge!
