My new ordered fridge was delivered with white glue stuck at the top of the freezer door and a dent inside the fridge that looks like someone was trying to patch it up. I tried to contact their customer service to return and exchange this fridge with no real effort from CAS. They wanted to send a Maytag service to fix the fridge. I paid for a new fridge and expected a new one, not a used/lemon fridge.

I was in a frenzy hunt for a washer to replace my broken one. After much searching online I found that Canadian Appliance Source has the best price on washers so needless to say I reached out to them. Harry assisted me over the phone. He is knowledgeable, polite and pleasant to deal with. He handled my order efficiently and helped me schedule a speedy delivery. Thank you Harry - you have just added one more happy customer to your collection!

I have bought for CAS since they were an online business only. Ordered another fridge for one of the properties I manage. Their customer service is great and prices are excellent. Worth doing business with!

Bought a washer and a dryer. Overall not bad experience, until the payment. Unlike other stores, these guys do not offer any kind of price protection. Have I waited a week, I could have bought the same appliance at a competitor for much much less. Ohh well. Live and learn.

Visited the Ronson showroom and Rishi not only found us a much better solution for our office refrigerator, but also suggested some future options for us to consider. Within minutes, he presented us with some cost-saving alternatives that exceeded our expectations. Delivery was flawless and the installers were meticulous in setting up in the main lobby area. Rishi is very knowledgeable and took care to understand our needs in a commercial office environment -- a welcomed resource to us. Our designers were very impressed with our selection!

We enjoyed a terrific experience purchasing suite of Samsung appliances. Best price by far over competitors and our salesperson Rajesh was knowledgable,prompt and accessible any guided us through the various purchase options .
