I have used Canadian Appliance Source for all new appliances in my home in the past eight years. They have the most competitive prices in the GTA, the most affordable and dependable extended warranties, and the most extensive reviews of various models online. Customer service, most recently from Harry T at the Dufflaw location, is always impeccable. If I see a great deal advertised, I look to see how much CAS is charging. Inevitably, the price is lower and often they will upgrade the model for the same price the big box stores are charging for last year's model. Delivery is reasonable, removal of old appliances is downright cheap, and when you need to use your warranty, service is prompt for repairs.

Harry from the CAS in Etobicoke was very helpful from our first phone call to the final purchase. He listened to our needs and helped us find exactly what we were looking for.

I had been dreading shopping for kitchen appliances but Antonio, at the Canadian Appliance Source on Ronson, took away the stress. I quickly realized that the total cost would be better than anywhere else and that he really knew his stuff. He was honest and straightforward and I really appreciated that. I will go back to see Antonio about any other appliance purchase in the future.

I was frustrated with salesmen in my quest to replace my fridge, until I happened to ask Dave a question. What luck! Not only was he patient, caring and communicative, but extremely knowledgeable of available products both in the store and what's available to order (his father owned an appliance store so he knows his stuff inside out!). Although he was trying to leave early to go away with his family for the weekend, he took time to explain everything to me until i was confident re making a decision. I am so grateful for his help. He turned a stressful event into fun! If you go to Canadian Appliance, do yourself a favour and ask for Dave Thomas !

While their prices are very good - be very careful of the poor customer service and lack of communication when things go wrong or out of their control. My wife and I agreed to purchase an LG Fridge in April working through Josh at the Hamilton/Burlington location. Josh mentioned to us that the fridge would come in within 1 to 3. We have yet to receive the fridge after waiting over 2 months. We just received a notice of delivery this week. I do not know if Josh knew that the fridge would actually take over 9 weeks to arrive but there was absolutely no mention of this long delivery time. What made this entire experience extremely frustrating was the complete lack of communication and customer service. Instead of CAS providing a status update when a reasonable amount of time had passed, we had to call the customer service line several times per week. Furthermore, when we did call and were promised a call back for an update that same day - no one returned our call. An email update would have been great - I understand that people are busy and calls can be hard to schedule. Just recently Josh decided to send a promotional email inviting us to come to the store - when I mentioned our displeasure with our experience no effort was made to even apologize for this situation. I understand deliveries take longer than expected and there are situations out of your control. What I did not appreciate in this instance was not acknowledging there is a problem and not communicating what actions are being taken to remedy the situation. I sincerely hope that CAS will surprise me and try to prevent this from happening to other customers, but I am very doubtful.

Our salesman, Louis Samonas was a real PRO. He made us feel very comfortable while answering our questions, and pointed out the features and specifications of the Kitchen, Laundry, and TV products we were interested in. At the same time, when we asked, Louis made some great alternate suggestions and offered his opinion which we greatly appreciated. Met with Mr. Wolbert of CAS Hamilton. As we knew exactly the make & model of the stove we wanted, Mr. Wolbert immediately set to work on our order. He is an polite and professional individual who has worked in the appliance field for a number of years. We were in and out of the store with our purchase made in 15 minutes. We have purchased other appliances from this store and have never run into any problems. One last point they have great prices.
