Customer service is not their forte. Messed up my order and as a result had to come back a second time to install the stacked washer dryer. Was promised a free installation for the inconvenience and then the care rep reneged. The installer was also very rude and didn't clean up after himself. Next time I'll go somewhere with a proven record in customer service.

The prices and services were excellent while dealing with Trevor Payer in Sales. Although there was a hassle with readiness and status for pickup, eventually it was resolved. However, the built-in oven made by Bosch just showed error code E302 today, but this has nothing to do with Canadian Appliance - it's Bosch product quality issue which I'm going to deal with Bosch and hope they care about their reputations.

We are very happy with Ajay Chibber services and his professional way helping us to find a right price for the right appliances to make their required performance to be delivered. Ajay has found the way to make problem with discontinued product solved and replaced with similar performance one. We believe that Canadian Appliances have found the best way for customers services. Canadian Appliance Source on Dufflaw was the third and last outlet we visited when we needed to replace our washer / dryer. The last because we were greeted by Adib Narang who clearly had a great deal of experience in the field, knew the merchandise, AND gave us a very good price on Bosch units. We stopped in on a Tuesday and the pair was delivered on Thursday morning as promised. The company has a very useful site for tracking the delivery truck's progress. Next time we are in the market this will be our first stop.

The first time deal with this stores as the price was right deal with Imran Ahmed Sales Associate we get exactly the same product, just waiting for product and use it

My Wife and I are return Customers to Canadian Appliance Source which already says a lot. Searched prices on-line and then went to CAS and as promised they had the best price hands down. This time I dealt with Ravi Kohli and as previously was very satisfied at the professionalism, speed and efficiency received to purchase, co-ordinate the delivery and Installation. The appliances as supposed to arrive in 5 days and I will up-date then advising how everything went. Very pleased with CAS as would reccomend them to anyone.

I went to store, salesman Antonio very nice. Paid for & ordered machine. Upon delivery it was broken and leaked all over my carpet. They would not give me a new machine, would only have it repaired. Not even concerned about the flooding. Worst people to deal with and they would not give me a new unbroken washing machine.

Ajay was extremely helpful in choosing our appliances. He understood our needs and financial implications thoroughly before suggesting any item. His advise was perfect with all appliances and we zeroed in on the first and foremost option that he put forth in each of the categories. We feel we are lucky to meet him as an advisor during our visit to CAS at North York location. I would recommend my friends to visit that location of CAS for Ajay.

My husband found this store online and decided to give it a try. We went to 6 other stores prior to our visit. We knew what we wanted and were aware of the prices. Products were shown and explained in more detail, we found exactly what we wanted and at a much better price. So happy we went to your location, we will return in the future. We were helped by Mathieu Laquerre, really appreciate all his help.

First visit to CAS was in November 2016 to purchase our fridge. Charles was very personable & attentive to our requests. He gave us a great deal & we were very happy with our new fridge. I sent my friend there also & she bought her fridge there as well & had great dealings with Charles. We have recently been back, & just purchased the rest of our kitchen appliances (stove, dishwasher, over-range microwave) Once again, Charles was amazing & worked within our budget. Will not hesitate to keep recommending ! Keep up the great work
