We're pleased with our experience at CAS and in particular, our rep, Antonio. We had done our homework but he still took the time to understand our needs and made appropriate recommendations. He followed up in a timely and professional manner and took ownership and helped resolve a delivery issue after the fact. We could not ask for more and will happily make referrals.

I saw a Samsung stove that was on sale and wanted to purchase it but have it delivered at a later date, Fred assisted me over the phone and the whole process was effortless. He answered all my questions and helped me through it all. Was a great experience!

Brian Hope was a top-notch sales person from the moment I walked in the door. I had done my homework but was still a bit apprehensive, with some doubts. He knew the product in detail & explained everything thoroughly, without being pushy. He was confident in his knowledge & answered all my questions with patience. I would definitely return for future purchases! Hopefully the delivery team will be just as efficient & satisfactory.

I was over 8 months pregnant when I desperately needed my washer and dryer replaced. I was referred to this store from a colleague, I was served by Joseph, he showed me what I needed and the purchase was done, this was May 4 2017. after waiting several days for delivery I followed up with Joseph and he would give me the runaround stating they will be delivered soon, then excuse after excuse the warehouse did not get one of the units to we are at the mercy of the manufacturers. This was very frustrating when I would receive a message stating the units will be delivered then check on line tracking to discover that the delivery was cancelled. bottom line I received the units May 26 2017. way too long for something that was to take a couple of days to receive. If the manufacturers are the reason the deliveries are so poor then I think the manufactures should look at their practices for supplying customers with better customer satisfaction to back up their products. This was my first experience with Canadian Appliance source and will be my last and I would not refer this store to anyone. most stressful experience especially in my condition. I. Mora

Louis Samonas was very helpful in making my choice of a new High definition Tv. He was very attentive and patient with me, and am very pleased with his expertise with getting me what i wanted at a very reasonable price

We had been referred to CAS by our neighbour after checking out a local company. We needed to replace Stove, Fridge, Dishwasher, Stove Fan, Bar Fridge, Washer & Dryer. We met with Charles Wolbert and right away felt we were in excellent hands. He was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and immediately had our trust. We were soon convinced we made the right decision. He showed us everything we wanted but more importantly explained how we could improve our selections and talked about the practicality of recommendations. The pricing was right away better than anyone else had even come close to. They delivered when they said they were going too and the team was very professional. I had many questions and Charles was always available to answer them in a very courteous manner. It was a tremendous experience and I can't recommend them highly enough. Charles Wolbert is a definite asset to the firm. Thank you everyone at C.A.S.

I did my research and CAS had the best price for the TV I wanted, also the longest warranty (4 years beyond the mfr 1-year warranty). I ordered by phone through Trevor, who was very helpful. But the next day I was distraught when their price on both the TV and Warranty dropped by over $100. Their fine print said the invoice would not be altered even if the product was not delivered yet, but I called Trevor and I soon received a revised invoice for the new price. If that had not happened, I would have felt hard done by every time I looked at that TV, but now I am happy to recommend CAS.

I spoke to a sales representative by the name of Ravi and he was very professional upon answering the phone. He took the time to answer all my immediate questions and provided the right fridge based on my requirements. Ravi went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. After my experience with Ravi, I would definitely recommend Canadian Appliance to my friends and family.
