Good deals in store but the company they use to deliver is HORRIBLE. Do not use them unless you are able to go days without appliances. They also refused to remove old appliances even though I had paid for this additional service. For this reason I would not recommend this company.

I needed to replace my refrigerator, and checked around other stores throughout the Ottawa area. I went into Canadian Appliace Source and was dealing with Louie. Louie was very helpful and researched on line the same product from other sources. CAS had the better price. Mick Lebrun is very experienced to compare several models from different brands when he knew that I wanted to buy a new refrigerator. In short period of time, he understands what I need and provides me with THE product. I should say he knows what he is selling and knows what clients want. He is the kind of person that only sells you the most suitable not the most profitable. Strong recommend to those who hasn't made up your mind on what appliances you need! The price is great too! This is my second visit to the store. In May, I purchased a grill which has been functioning so well!

We just ordered all appliances for new home. Vathsy took care of us. She is very patient and helpful. The first time we visited the order, it was almost store close time. Vathsy didn't rush us, she let us take the time and helped us to find right products fit our life style.
