My husband and I went into the store after shopping around on-line for a fridge and range . We already knew the make and model we wanted and we had checked prices at various stores. Charles listened to what we wanted and gave us a great deal. He was friendly and knowledgeable and even followed up with us after we had made the purchase. The delivery team was also friendly, efficient and arrived within the given time frame. Overall, we are very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Canadian Appliance Source to our friends and family.

I needed to replace a microwave unit which would fit into a defined space (width, height and depth). Alex came to assist me. He noted the restrictions and identified the perfect fit for my requirements. It was a pleasure to deal with someone as knowledgeable and competent as Alex. I shall certainly return for future needs.

Our Whirlpool front loader broke down after only 4 years of use (spider arm?) and was walking around the laundry room on its own. We shopped around and found Matt at Canadian Appliance Store. He showed us the LG and got us a pretty good deal on it, compared to other stores who had the same product. Matt was great to deal with and we'll certainly recommend him to any of our friends who are in need of appliances. Thanks Matt !!!! P.S. Love the washer...so quiet and no shaking...awesome !!!

I have got a quote, went home to take measurements, came to the store few days later and prices were much higher! Mississauga store manager was unprofessionally rude to me, however I have got great deal from Vathsala. I phoned Canadian Appliance Source - and got a Mark Yakut. He was extremely helpful. We are designing a new kitchen and I wanted a very specific hood with a wide column for exhaust. Mark had to doing some dealings with his management because of the viability of shipping this to Calgary. Everyone was concerned about damage. But they worked this out and agreed to provide these items. I have not received the finished product yet - delivery is in a couple of weeks due to the column is special order - I am very excited to see this installed in my new kitchen!!

I want to review Josh Zinga at this store. He is extremely knowledgeable best described as an educator not a salesman. I did not know Josh prior to purchase but felt that his friendly, matter of fact approach was trustworthy. Josh, thank you I am in love with the dishwasher- perfect recommendation!!
