I am here reviewing this wall owen i bought couple days ago , i would like to tell that the customer service was really nice as i was explained everything about the product features and compared the price to other ones. Bought this product from sales guy Ravi Kohli , he was really helpful in a way. Would definitely buy my appliances from this place again.

We were updating our kitchen and needed new fridge, stove, hood fan and a microwave. Our sales rep Jamie Malamud was very helpful with lots of knowledge of the products. He showed us several options and helped us decide on the best possible fit for our needs and budget. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and with our new appliances, they are exactly what we needed for the space. We would not hesitate to recommend CAS and our sales rep to friends and family.

Needing a new stove, we went to look first at a big box store. BIG mistake! We were scared off by the salesman who was more interested in making a sale than in us. His interest was just not there - nor was the knowledge. So, I researched on line and found Canadian Appliance Source. We were welcomed immediately by Dave Thomas. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and interested in ... us! There was no pressure at all. He asked what we were looking for and recommended a brand. (He did not know that this was the same manufacturer I had been interested in from earlier research.) This was key to me because I felt he was trying to sell the best stove as opposed to any stove. He suggested a few models from which we chose the one we liked. The rest of the buying experience was straightforward. There were a few matters that warranted attention after the sale. These were done by e-mail. I was impressed not just at Dave's willingness to oblige but also at his very prompt replies to my e-mails. This convinces me even more that this store is the place to go. It is terrific! We will surely return to Dave Thomas and Canadian Appliance Source when we need another appliance.

In 2015 I started planning a full main floor renovation. One of my first stops was selecting where I would buy my appliances. I selected 3 retailers to visit. I visited Canadian Appliance Source as my first store to evaluate. I dealt with Alex in their Ottawa store; odd since I live in Toronto, but I was visiting family there and wanted my brother to join me. Alex is fantastic. I felt no need to look anywhere else and I didn't. His knowledge, advise, customer service including post sale where top of class. I have fantastic appliances at great prices with a retailer that is responsive and stands by its customers.

I travelled from Stouffville because the price was unbeatable. I picked up my product next day at the warehouse (which I already knew about from the website). I only gave 4 stars for 2 reasons. 1: The service I got was good, considering that I already knew what I wanted, I couldn't test the salesperson's product knowledge. 2: They will only exchange it if there is a physical defect. If the unit is installed and defective you must call the manufacturer. Other than that if you know what you want and understand their policy, your good to go.

I was looking to buy six appliances for the kitchen remodelling project in our newly bought condo. Having done my research on appliance dealers in Toronto, I decided to go with Canadian Appliance Source because of the unbeatable prices and the excellent customer care of my sales professional Adib Narang. Adib is very knowledgeable of the products and most of all very easy to deal and communicate with. He was very helpful and prompt in providing information and answering my questions. Thanks to Adib’s great pricing, I saved quite a lot of money. On top of that CAS delivery times were way faster than the competition. The delivery crew arrived on time and did a very good, smooth job. The delivery scheduling system of the third party company has room for some improvement though. (They confirm the precise 4-hour window only on the day prior to delivery date, which can be problematic especially for condo residents). I am very happy with Adib’s services and CAS as a company overall. I will be back for purchasing my laundry appliances in the near future. Highly recommended.

Bought a slide in stove from Canadian Appliance....they took the liberty of charging my credit card twice without authorization. When I brought it to there attention they did credit me the second payment but as a result of the second unauthorized charge I went over my limit and was charged an additional $30.00. They are not returning my calls about this and the customer relations person I spoke to was RUDE!!! Avoid dealing with this dishonest company at all cost. And to top if off the stove is defective!!!

Purchased appliances from Canadian Appliance Source. Paid in full. Now moving into my new house and they are giving me the runaround. They want to push the delivery back by a week because they did not have 1 item in stock, and threaten if I cancel they will charge me for re-stocking fee. That’s not fair. What can I do? Seeking legal help.

Excellent experience!! We are doing a complete kitchen renovation and required all new appliances. We met with Morgan Sutherland and he was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable about the various product lines and helped us tremendously in our decision making. Cost? Can't beat CAS's prices! Thanks Morgan!
