But four months in, our fridge died and Canadian Appliance Source hasn't helped us at all. They don't seem to stand behind the products they sell and don't believe that they bear some responsibility when the products they sell fail. In order to redeem the warranty we have to go through them unfortunately and we are being told that between LG and CAS we will wait at least two weeks before a replacement arrives. They told us, repeatedly, that they weren't at fault, that there is nothing they could do, but it seems to me that if you want customers to return you figure something out. I could order a fridge today and have it delivered in a day or two, but a replacement for the lemon they sold me...two weeks. Don't order from them if there is any possibility that you might need help or a make a warranty claim in the future, they will only pass the buck. Purchased a Samsung Fridge/Freezer, Bosch Dual fuel stove and a Bosch Dishwasher. We actually changed our order slightly the day after ordering online and that was not a problem with a revised invoice sent via E-mail right away.Shipping was to Nova Scotia but was only Silver service when we had ordered Bronze, Canadian Appliance refunded the difference in cost promptly. Generally a good experience with everything very well packed and at a good saving even with the shipping costs.Answer from pro:

I am so glad I listened to my contractor and made my large purchase with canadian appliance source. He said that his previous clients purchased there and they were so impressed with the quality of service. I actually paid them a visit because the website was so clean, easy to use and helpful and the prices were shockingly good. Came down to the store on cartwright and I was so pleased with the friendliness of the staff. My husband commented right away that he liked that the sales rep because he was nice knowledgable but not pushy. It's hard for us to clearly choose when We feel that the salesman is being too pushy for commission or for whatever other reason. We felt really co for table knowing that we got the best products for our needs and we were informed of the current jennair promotion that we didn't even count on, how fun is that!! We ended up spending $2000 less than we budgeted for! Thanks Gladwyn! Delivery and instillation just came yesterday and the personnel was also well trained and polite and did a great job being careful not to damage anything. I tipped more generously than I usually do. we felt that We should pass on this experience to others who are in the market for appliances who value customer service but love getting a good deal at the same time. I am a busy family physician, and have never before, as a consumer, written a poor review on a company I've ordered product for. I've chosen to do so in this instance given how disconcerting this experence has been. My wife ordered a dryer and I later spoke to George to confirm pricing, which clearly included hook-up and placing the door such that hinges opened on the left rather than the right. The gentleman who delivered the dryer refused to hook up the dryer, and left my house in spite of being requested to call George to confirm that hook-up was included. We then noticed the door on the right side. We called on 3 occasions within a few hours, asking for and leaving mesages for George, but were told by Andrew that George was on the floor serving customers and not available to speak to us. Andrew promised to speak to his manager and call us back, Neither Andrew, George or the manager called back. 3 days later I sent an email to the CEO expressing my dissapointment. I surprisingly received a call back from the sales-manager Paul, who asked what he could do for me. I suggested he send someone to switch the door around - He promised to get back to me - but I've received no response from anyone since. If George were a rogue salesman trying to secure a deal at any price, or just poor at completing the documentation, the reponse from others in the company to "satisfy a customer" would have come through and I wouldn't have written a review that is clearly not complimentary to the company. I would also like to mention, that my wife previously had a very good experience with Canadian Appliance Source, so I have no idea whether this was an isolated incident or a common occurance at Canadian Appliance Source.Answer from pro:

I had ordered 5 pieces of appliances and the delivery only came after 3 wks, they wanted to charge me $50+tax to remove the fridge door which was not told at the point of sale. After sale service is very bad. Fridge was dented after charging me, and dishwasher leg was broken. Wasted my time. I arrived at the store knowing the exact model of the Whirlpool dishwasher that I wanted. Daniel, the salesperson, was able to answer my remaining questions before I went ahead with the purchase. Daniel was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The appliance was delivered quickly and on time by professional delivery staff. I have since shopped at Canadian Appliance and would continue to recommend the store to family and friends. The prices cannot be beat. Excellent customer service.Answer from pro:

I was initially apprehensive about buying major appliances online, but read some reviews here and took a chance. My experience with Canadian Appliance Source was pretty much this: 1. Ordered around Boxing Day. 2. Got an email from them when it was ready (Just like they say when you get your payment confirmation) 3. Scheduled a pick up time and their delivery service (third party) delivered it in the time window they said. Silver service to my basement laundry room. Bottom Line: Great price, had to wait a bit (few weeks) but got exactly what I wanted. Their prices can not be beat. And I was out of their delivery area, so it was worth the delivery charge for sure. If I was the typical picky reviewer I would complain about the fact that it took a few weeks, that the delivery service didnt call until they were at my door (should have been 30 min. to give me time to drive from work)...but you know what folks... ...For this price and service I would say I got a great deal. If you want all the bells and whistles people go ahead and pay for it. If you want a great deal and are willing to wait a bit, go ahead and use Canadian Appliance Source. I placed an order online and specified a pickup at their warehouse. After realizing there hours of operation is only during business hours, I called and they only charged me the one reasonable delivery fee. The delivery people were excellent, courteous, and treated my property and appliances with care. They opened up the box to my double wall oven so I can inspect it before they leave. These guys work hard, so I tipped them $20 each. Be nice people...tip the delivery guys if they do a good job!!Answer from pro:

I wrote a very angry review on November 11 describing the state of things before we received our appliances. However, I am very happy to say that Aris and his team rose to the occasion from that point onward. Customer service is very important in the retail industry and Aris was not only a good business man but a gentleman as well. The delivery of our appliances was great Alex and team were on time, very careful with our products and were very knowledgable and courteous. I also received a follow up phone call form Aris himself along with a written apology form his team. Although our experience wasn't the best it could be, Canadian Appliance Source came through in the end and made this purchase an acceptable one instead of a potential disaster. Please note: The prices were fantastic (couldn't be beaten) and the appliances are also great. top quality, no problems and they look great! After researching on the web, I found that Canadian Appliances had the best price for the Maytag machine I wanted. We went to the showroom and the salesperson was very knowledgeable on the product. We arranged to pick it up ourselves. The washer was not in stock but ordered promptly and was in the store 3 days later. Pick up was a breeze.Answer from pro:
