    Change fridge color

    We had to by it before the black stainless stop producing! We had to look for different brand!

    Very helpful salespeople, reasonable prices and quick delivery

    Went to the Woodbridge store already having an idea of what we wanted and what we were willing to pay. Salesperson George S. Was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us some recommendations and suggestions to consider. We were pleased with the service and quick delivery times as we were able to the appliances delivered the next day.

    New stove

    Very fast delivery, communication excellent and delivery personnel were great. I would not hesitate to recommend

    Canadian Appliance Source has the worst customer service

    I purchased a new Frigdaire Laundry Center for one of my rental units and the washer leaked internally on first use and the dryer wouldn't dry either, it just shuts off. So, I contacted Canadian Appliance Source and they sent a product exchange form, which I filled out, and then they declined the exchange. They sent repair technicians instead. That would be fine if it was one simple issue. However, the dryer still doesn't work, I am out $1900, and they refuse to let me talk to someone in their customer care department. I have spent $40K on appliance from them over the last two years, and I won't spend another dime.

    Great service from purchase to delivery

    Very happy with options, price and delivery service. We bought 5 appliances. We are hoping the microwave trim kit does arrive because it i on back order. We were asked to pay an additional $88.00 for delivery, but it was never explained why.

    Kitchen Rwnovation

    Bought oven and microwave combo, dishwasher and hood. Purchase online was seamless and delivery tracking was really helpful. Delivery men were on time and friendly.

    Fast efficient, wonderful customer service!

    When our washer and drier both broke down at the same time, I went online to start my search. I found a great valued Maytag set on sale at many locations. However delivery was not available for 3 weeks at other Locations. I chose Canadian Appliances as the offered the same set at the same sale price..Plus they could deliver I TWO days! I was impressed with Sonja' customer service over the phone and loved the real time tracking and regular updated. The delivery men we fast efficient and polite. Everything was well organized from beginning to end!!

    Delivery errors were beyond frustrating and could have been fixed

    After my fridge went on the fritz I purchased one online from Canadian Appliance Source. Delivery team arrived and said they wouldn't attempt to bring a fridge of that size up my stairs with 2 men even though there was space. Given I needed a fridge quickly, I ordered a smaller one. I paid for express same day delivery for the following day - at 9:45PM the team arrive and say the NEW fridge requires 3 men to deliver and there's nothing they can do. I need to reschedule with the oversize team of 4 men... so another day wasted but mistakes happen. Trying to be patient. 3rd time - delivery team show up with 2 men... not the 4 they were supposed to send. So AGAIN I have no fridge and I am being asked to reschedule. While I'm a patient person - and I understand mistakes happen, this is ridiculous. I have wasted 3 full days waiting for deliveries that they couldn't make happen and have PAID for 2 of those deliveries! I called customer service to find out how to escalate to have the team come - they just say "we opened a ticket". No way to get any update... just sit and wait for them to call and it has been HOURS. Unfortunately the sales team was good - but the execution of delivery and customer service is so poor, I have to give the worst rating possible. No point in having a great sales team if you never get the product delivered properly.

    Wonderful experience from start to finish

    Usually when I go to purchase a major appliance, I brace myself for the sketchy salesperson and feel like I have to really watch out not to get taken advantage of. This was not the case with CAS. Sam Gun made us feel at ease with his knowledge and expertise. At no point were we pressured. He was upfront with us and we never had the feeling of buyers remorse or that we got duped. We knew that we made the right decision for the right price. The delivery was seamless and the gentleman were friendly and professional. Overall great experience
