    windows replacement

    installers were very professional pay attention to detail keep home clean and free of any mess would recommend to use Durabuilt windows on time to start job and very happy with new windows

    New basement windows

    Had 7 new windows installed in my basement suite. Todd, the salesman, was professional and efficient. He was able to expedite my order to keep my required timeline. The installers did a good job with the installation especially since its an older home and nothing was even remotely level. I would recommend Durabuild for budget windows purchase and installation.

    Replace windows with new products

    Installers are very professional, pay attention to details, very good in customer services and follow up if there were any deficiency within a timely manner.

    3 bedroom windows replaced. Very satisfied with the product and service provided. I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone

    Main floor windows

    We had installed all new windows on our bungalow. The living room needed a custom made bow window and we decided to make our dining room window into a larger bay window, and the rest of the rooms were going to be regular sliders. Durabuilt was very efficient and very welcoming to deal with. The windows came in on time and booked for install. The installers were such hard workers and paid alot of attention to every detail, and cleaned up and took old windows away. It was very obvious that the journeyman installer had been doing it for many years and I had no worries. I would recommend Durabuilt for other jobs and hire them again for future jobs.

    Product and service

    Durabuilt has replaced three of our windows under warranty. They sent (Minh) was outstanding. We are waiting for the remainder of the warranty work to be completed. Amar has done a good job taking over our file.

    Great crew, windows, and install

    Just had 4 windows installed. Everyone from estimator, fellow who did second round of measurements and the install crew were knowledgeable and friendly. Install crew took care not to damage anything and cleaned up nicely. Only some very light vacuuming in the immediate area and a quick rinse of the windows was required. Post install I noticed a small defect on one of the windows. A quick phone call and a new window is being built. Within 36 hours I even had a new install date for the replacement. Incredible service and hassle free!

    Happy with the installation - so much better than the other company I used to replace 2 windows and doors last year. These guys answered all my questions, showed up when they said they would, got the measurements right the first time and cleaned up after

    Both the sales and installation teams answered all of my questions patiently and in a timely manner. My home was left clean and my windows work well and look great!

    window replacement

    I'm very happy with the quality of work done on my renovation. Rian and his helper were very professional and took great care in my home. Great work! Very pleased! The only thing I was disappointed in was that I had to paint the indoor frames, with the cost of $3500.00 they should have been pre-painted.
