    New home build with all windows/doors provided by Durabilt.

    Their products are defective. We have been unable to obtain warranty services (our home is 5 months old) and our phone calls and emails are not returned. I am now pursuing legal action against this company. DO NOT BUY Durabilt products. You will get completely screwed. Their quality SUCKS.

    window replacement

    i got a quote which seemed to be the most reasonable of 4. the guy was very helpful. when the came to install the new windows, one did not fit properly but the installed it anyways so that the was at least something there . they got the new window a few weeks later aa=nd finished the job. they have been great windows with no other problems.

    Full Window Replacement

    We chose this company after attending the Spring Home and Garden Show. They were quick, efficient, friendly and we are so satisfied.The team cleaned up after themselves and other than the new windows, you would have never known they were there.

    Window Replacement

    Good quality replacement and quick turnaround during winter months to replace upstairs windows. Easy to work with and understanding. Left a few things behind but were mostly good with cleaning up the work area. Inquire about window trim finishing (finishing caulking of trim corners). We had to install a few window screens ourselves.

    Window Replacement

    I got my windows in my house installed. We got two quotes for windows. They were better priced than the other quote we got. I have no major complaints. They gave me a quote in a decent time and when I gave them the go ahead the windows came in a timely manner.

    All windows replaced in our home

    Disinterested unreliable service department, inability to measure properly for windows, several returns with incorrect measurements repeatedly, incorrect hardware, ABSOLUTELY unprofessional and mute management in the presence of fabrication ineptitude! THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM FROM THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS COMPANY WITH NO COURTESY OF COMMUNICATION ABOUT THEIR OWN REPEATED IN HOUSE ERRORS DISPLAYS THEM AS A COMPANY TO AVOID!!!!!!!!!

    All Window replacement on a 1950's Bungalow

    My wife and I decided we were going to replace all of the windows in our 1950's engineered bungalow. We requested several estimates and during the sale phase, Durabuilt was the best. Although their price was on the high side, we chose them because of their Consumer Choice history and their better warantee. This is where any positive comments stop. Right from the booking phase straight through to midway through the completion the staff was uncaring, unprofessional, and always late (if they showed up at all), the job was botched (windows measured incorrectly but still put in or force in), and the job looked like my 1 year old did it. They damaged the windows and house before the windows were even in. They left substantial messes in and outside that my wife and I had to take care of nightly. They even left for lunch leaving my house unattended with doors wide open for an hour. To top it all off. Before the job was done, because it had taken so long a several redo's, the company demanded full payment before they would even complete it. Needless to say, after a long negotiation with a management/ownership staff that was out of touch with their work and did not seem to care for the quality of their final product, the job was never completed and I was forced to complete it myself. Please do not make the same mistake as my wife and I. If faced with a choice, choose All Weather Windows. And the poor service even continued after this review was posted. Soon after, the company posted a response stating that they wanted to make it right. After I forwarded my information the process ended and after several attempts to recontact them, no action was taken no response was received.

    Replaced Picture Window

    I had to replace a window in winter. All of the staff at Durabuilt were extremely helpful right from how to measure it to installing the window myself. The window is very well built; fit perfect; the cost was half the cost of any of the other quotes and it was ready to pick up in ten days. I strongly recommend this this company.

    garden doors

    They had the best price we shopped it. They had great customer service and the guy who came to install the door knew his job inside out. I would purchase more producat from this company in a heartbeat

    Windows replaced

    I had an installer purchase these windows for my home. He did a great job and the windows are exactly what we expected. We immediately noticed a big difference in our heating bill. I would highly recommend these windows.
