Great installation! Fast, efficient!
Wonderful! The guys arrived on time, work was completed quickly and done very well. They were great being around my dog and baby too! I would absolutely use Durabuilt's services again!

Great replacement work!
We enjoyed Dave and Andre's "joie de vivre"! Both were very pleasant and very good at their work. We're very happy and all the blinds fit just fine. Thank you both for the excellent work, good workmanship and professional finished job.

Door and Restractable Screen Replacement
A disastrous experience from start to finish. Customer service is unfortunately not a priority with this company. The company needs to focus on responding to customer phone calls and emails in a timely fashion and "doing what they say" in their advertisements. From the time I placed to the order to when the last retractable screen was finally installed, four months had gone by. I took time off from work on four separate occasions only to be told that the screen that they brought was not the right product/size. First cold spell and my back door is leaking around the glass insert. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they do not stand behind their products and their customer service staff are rude and dismissive.

New Build
It has been two years since we have had the windows and doors in our new home. We have had a problem with the one garden door from day one. After several service calls and attempts from Durabuilt to fix the door we noticed that the door center post was not square and flush with the door. This caused the door to warp and not seal properly. The service manager came out to look at problem and had service to try and hammer top frame to make square, putting a ding in our moulding around the door. Finally they decided to attempt to move center frame and replace. In the process more dinges to moulding and scratch marks on the aluminum thresh hold. Now we have the 2nd replacement door and the SDLs do not match. Now it looks like we bought a secondhand door for our new house. Not happy and not impressed. We find them very hard to communicate with. They seem to brush you off as they "know what they are doing" . Would not recommend them due to very poor customer service and attention to details.

We had all our windows done by Durabuilt when we built our home. One of the windows needed replacing and they fixed it right away. They answered my call quickly and they fixed the problem with no hassel. Very good service

New homes & renos
Building our new homes and doing renos was easy with Durabuilt. The installers are professional and do great work. They are very tidy. We love the vinyl and hybrid windows very good quality.

Install Reno Package
Steve came and installed the windows and it turned out fantastic. Steve is incredibly talented at what he does. I also truly appreciated dealing directly with you and the price you gave me. From start to finish, DURABUILT is a quality company and I am telling everyone how professional everything was. If there is ever a need for windows again it will definitely be through DURABUILT.

Renovation
“ Steve and Dan are phenomenal - Durabuilt should be so proud to have them as your installers! They work so hard, are conscientious and considerate. Steve is obviously a mentor to Dan since he is new. Steve does a terrific job with this role. Bravo! Gordon did a super job too! You are thorough and a pleasure to deal with! You hook the customer with your salesmanship, but don't overwhelm them. When I came to your showroom I was connected to Gordon and immediately introduced to your product line. As Gordon knows, I went in to buy new windows and then discovered your doors too. Thank you Gordon, Steve and Dan!!! “

11 windows thru whole house, did a cut down in dining room,also an egress window in the basement
Steve and his crew were awesome. Very clean work area. On time. Thank you for a beautiful dining room window, we love it, so much more light! Had 4 quotes from other companies, they were in mid range, but what made the difference was Trevor, our Sales Rep, made us feel very comfortable with our decisions. Would definetly recommend this company Thank you!
