    window replacement

    Bought windows at their shop on Argyle. Its very deceiving there as nothing has a price on it, and they quote ridiculous prices for overstocked,wrong sizes ,imperfect,forgotten windows ,etc .etc. You may save a few bucks ,but probably not. Then before you pay you have to sign a paper stating FINAL SALE ! This is not mentioned until the sale. Its really not worth it as the condition of the windows is questionable and with no guarantee,its a gamble. I would not recommend buying windows there. Best to buy them with a warranty elsewhere.. They are very misleading and very overpriced..

    new build

    I have built several houses using brand X windows and doors but when i became a direct buy customer i decided to try Durabuilt windows and doors. i was very impressed with the quality of the product, it fit properly and when installed the doors and window opened and closed excellent even today 4 years later the doors and windows open effortlessly and there are no gaps or air leaks on the doors. very nice product and I recommend them to everybody I talk to.

    “This is a great company to deal with, They know their products well and finalizing an order is a breeze. Very friendly folks to deal with. Promised dates are kept and their shipping department is helpful and careful.

    renovation

    The window was installed this morning. Took only 30-40 minutes and job was done. The window looks good. Installers were very professional and cleaned up work area nicely. Very satisfied with product and service. Now we will focus on remaining 8 windows on second floor, likely looking for install on 1 or 2 this fall.

    Renovation

    It looks good and I expect it will live up to your warranty. A bit dusty but your crew Ryan and Ben were friendly and efficient and I immediately felt at ease. 2 very good things. Oh and prompt and fast. Thank you.

    Exterior doors and windows

    We used Durabilt for all of the exterior doors and windows for our new home, built about 3 years ago. Since we installed them Durabilt has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. Their sales guy was great- but as soon as you have an issue no one will talk to you and the only person that handles complaints is miraculously never in the office. We have had the seals break on two of our windows (needing replacement parts which has taken well over two years to receive and we still haven't gotten them to our satisfaction). Another window has just proven to be defective and the cranks on several have broken. To all of you writing positive reviews: wait a few years. Durabilt does not stand by their product at all. Once those windows are in and you start having problems you'll be chasing them for years to get your concerns dealt with. We even went through BBB to solve our problem and service hasn't gotten much better. For the price, go with a better quality product.

    “Steve and his assistant did an awesome job on the installation. They were on time both days, fast, friendly and did a great job cleaning up. They finished the job 1 day early. I would recommend Durabuilt and Steve to anyone.”

    What can I say, Durabuilt staff are all around courteous and professional. Our sales consultant, was a great guy, easy to talk to and understands everything. The installers were amazing, friendly and did a fantastic job. You’re lucky to have such employees. They were punctual, courteous, professional from the get go and above all met their two day install deadline with no surprises. I'd recommend them to anyone. What can I say, all around courteous and professional guys and crew.

    “Steve and Brandon just left, having spent the last one and one half days installing the door and windows. The bay window looks great, so the modifications you made to the standard window worked out well. Steve was great to work with, and I was very satisfied with the quality of his work and his attention to detail. Brandon even cleaned the new window and door glass. All in all, so far it looks like Durabuilt has exceeded my expectations!” Thanks to the Durabuilt Team for the great service!
