Vince and Jamie installed a new furnace and a water heater in one very cold day. Then came back and installed an A/C system. Their work, their clean up, their willingness to explain, and their patience was all 5 star. Thank you very much.

We needed two air conditioning units moved for a concrete pour and then put back and reconnected. McKinley (Ryan and Travis) did the work on time and stuck to their quote even though there were some extra hours required.

I received prompt and friendly service when I requested an appointment. Alex was very professional when he arrived. He explained everything that he did clearly and solved the problem with my humidifier not working. The work was done efficiently and I was extremely happy with the work. I highly recommend Alex and McKinley Heating.

The service I got from McKinley technician (Josh) was outstanding. Great guy, he explain to me the work he was doing. Josh was very respectful of me and my home. When he left you would never know a technician was here, everything was as it was before he arrived with the exception of the A/C unit. It was working even better than when it was new.

My mother-in-laws hot water tank was on its last legs. We called McKinley to come take a look. They fixed the problem but due to the age, advised we consider a new one. Called them on Monday for a quote and the job was done on Tuesday. They were in and out in 2 hours and left the house just as clean as when they got there. Great work by Vince and Jordan. when my old furnace went down I called McKinley in Edmonton and they were fully helpful from start.In 2 hours they come to my house and when we found that I need new furnace because mine was already 20 years old Rhonda help me to choose new one and let me use for 3 days their electrical heaters. On third day 2 technician Fredie and Melchor installed my new furnace and hot water tank and I can honestly say that they did really good and professional job. I would recommended this company and their service technicians to everybody
