We decided to replace both furnace and A/C units after our old A/C bit the dust and we didn’t trust the furnace to go another winter. The crew for the replacement arrived within the slotted time frame and immediately put down rubber matting to protect our hardwood flooring and carpet. They were very friendly and started in immediately. The replacement of the units went without a hitch and they were finished the work by 4 pm and I was told originally that the work could take up to a day and half. Devin, the journeyman on site explained the new thermostat in detail to me and the units both started performing right away. Our home had built up heat to 28 degrees and was unbearably hot even though we had all our fans going. The house started to cool down immediately. We are extremely happy with the work Devin’s crew did and they cleaned up after themselves, leaving us with no cleaning up to do. The crew involved were Devin, Andrew and Morgan. Thank you

This morning we had Christian from Mckinley here to look at furnace and do tune- up. He spent time with the checking of furnace and humidifier and installed a new filter in humidifier. Also, noted that a rusty valve could be changed in the line. Christian was very polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

07.14.18 Travis & apprentice Ryan, serviced both furnace & a/c today. They came within the scheduled timeframe, worked a little over an hour, with Travis ensuring that Ryan completed assigned tasks satisfactorily. I especially liked that Travis came as he's been looking after our equipment for the last four years. He is personable with a ready smile, but also thoroughly professional, explaining everything thoroughly, reminding me of what has to be done to prep. for the winter, weighed costs of prepaying for 2 years (I did) rather than using the $50 coupon I had, and went the extra steps to ensure a satisfied customer. I also liked that both took off their work boots as they came into the house. Next year I will again request that Travis services the equipment. A job well done.

Technician Eric was prompt, professional and courteous. Eric serviced the A/C unit and had to replace a part. He took the time to explain what he had found and costs to repair and sought our approval before proceeding. Have used McKinley for furnace and A/C servicing a number of times, and continue to be impressed by their technicians. Thanks Eric!

We booked our annual maintenance online and had the service work performed within a week. Travis was the technician who performed the maintenance on our furnace and air conditioning unit. Travis was very efficient and was able to answers any questions I had about the equipment. Very prompt and professional service.

Andrew D. came out to tune up my 14 year old furnace. What a pleasant and personable young man. Very thorough and explained all his remarks concerning the tune up. Have used McKinley for air conditioning as well and am extremely satisfied with the company.

First discovered McKinley one cold winter night several years ago when the furnace quit running. Professional and knowledgeable tech had new motor installed and furnace up and running quickly. Michael and Austin arrived, rolled out their carpets, pulled the old unit, installed the new unit, rolled their carpets, and were gone with so little fuss. Great service. They left behind what I need to know to ensure proper working of the heater. Personable and knowledgeable they can come back any time.

-33 feels like -46 degrees!! -no heat- called Mckinley. Travis Davis-a great technician and an awesome gentleman arrived and within 30 minutes had the furnace working! so thankful for his expert advice and recommendations.

Woke up the 24th of Dec and no heat. Called in, talked to Alex and he walked me thru the issue and furnace was up and running in a few minutes. Saved him driving out and saved us a service call. Thanks a Million!! Merry Christmas Alex.
