Devin and Landon did a great job installing our new furnace, water tank, humidifier. Also they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They are easy to talk to , they answer all my questions about the new system also very helpful understanding..

Nelson (a McKinley technician) performed a furnace tune up and humidifier check-up and he found two major issues upon his inspection. I was also having some issues with my hot water heater and Nelson took a look at it as well. Nelson provided some options (along with pros and cons associated with each option) as to how to deal with all of these issues. I decided that replacing both the hot water tank and furnace were the best and most economical options. Nelson was honest and very thorough and neat when he performed the tune ups. Rhonda (Residential Sales Consultant) helped me to select the best furnace and hot water tank based on my needs and budget. Rhonda was also awesome in finding some carbon monoxide alarms for me as I did not have any and with my work schedule it was a bit difficult to go out to shop for them. Fredie and Melchor installed the new furnace and hot water tank and they did an excellent job. Fredie and Melchor arrived on time and worked steadily throughout the day. Not only did they have to replace the furnace, but they also had to reconfigure the furnace duct work so that it was up to code. These fellows were thorough, very organized and polite, a real pleasure to deal with. Everyone that I dealt with at McKinley's was excellent; they were helpful, patient, thorough and thoughtful and it was a real pleasure doing business with them. My experience with McKinley Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing was very positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!

I have used McKinley before for AC install and today they replaced a failed hot water tank in our home. The service is the best I have ever experienced. They are efficient, friendly, and professional. I would not even think about using anybody else in the future. Truly exceeded all my expectations. Next up is my garage heater and they are already booked for that too. I like using the best and that is what they are!

Firstly, Jordyn was our sales person from McKinley. Not only is she the sweetest thing ever, she is very knowledgeable and knows the ins and outs of all the different types of furnace. Her expertise is bar none. She worked very hard for us and went over and above what normally would be expected with the specific circumstances we had to deal with. Fredie and Melchor installed a new furnace for us and did a great job! They were friendly, courteous and very professional. Thank you McKinley for making this stress free

Called this morning, technician (Chris O) arrived within time frame quoted. Chris identified and explained the problem and quoted a price for the part, picked up the part and had our furnace running again within an hour. He was efficient, respectful and friendly. Appreciated the fast service!!

Alex U. checked out my furnace and made a small adjustment to the gas flow. He answered all my questions and appeared to be very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Showed me how to set my furance fan to operate all the time. I would certainly recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks Alex.

***Sept 28- Issue was rectified by McKinley tech. New furnace requires Air conditioner set up via Bluetooth App. This probably should have been tested and resolved at the time of install so 2 stars dropped off the rating*** Other than that my original comments stand. Would definitely call McKinley for Future Work. ************Sept 27*************McKinley determined what the route cause of the issue was and promised to send someone out to rectify. Turns out it was a new set up requirement their techs had not been trained in. They have promised to have someone out directly to resolve.**** ****Well I wrote a glowing review before I found out they did not test the air conditioning. The Blower motor will not come on while the air conditioning is on, and the fan will not come on when turned on via the thermostat. Contacted the salesperson, no response. Contacted the main number and they sent someone out, who is working on it, but has no idea what the issue is. I will update this review if they can rectify.************ I called McKinley after getting quotes from a few different companies (one of which never called back to confirm some info). Matt the salesperson was the most knowledgeable of all the salespeople that came by, and was willing to answer all of my questions and concerns. We settled on the installation of a new furnace and air conditioner. It was a particularly awkward job and I had to prep by taking down a wall in advance to meet code requirements. The Crew sent out (Freddie, Mel, Francis) worked through a very difficult job, quickly, and efficiently. I cannot say enough about them. After the work was completed they cleaned up COMPLETELY after themselves. The second half of the job was postponed due to an early snowfall (the installation manager called and asked if they could push the installation to deal with a series of emergency no heat calls- I agreed). On the followup date, Freddie and Mel showed up again, and worked in the same manner as before quickly and efficiently. Any questions I had, Freddie answered. Again on departure they cleaned up completely. One of the Quotes I received was a few thousand dollars less than McKinley, and I would gladly pay that extra money again for the service received from McKinley. I can say enough how on point it was.

Devin , Andrew D did an excellent job on the installation. They took great care to lay down mats so as not to damage my flooring. Along with the electrician they completed the task in 5 hours including start up and explaining all details of the operation. They took care to do a thorough clean up before leaving.

Ryan, the technician, was pleasant and professional. He did the most comprehensive and complete inspection that I have had to date including cleaning filters inside and out, checking my drainage line (which had never been done by a technician before) and checking the air flow output and temperature. a friend has never had an inpection of her a/c unit done; I recommended that she book an appointment and ask that Ryan be the technician.
