I absolutely recommend this company. From the sales expert,the technicians, and the dispatch, my business w/ them was carried-out very smoothly, professionally, and gave me the best value for my money (priced reasonably, and competitively vs the others). Jordyn (Sales Expert) went extra distance to explain the products and my options very diligently (all smiles too), and checked meticulously what my house needs. Surveyed the house around,and came out almost accurate of the sq.m. area w/o me telling her beforehand. The guys Mike and Brandon who installed the furnace did it very cleanly (no garbage left, and the install itself looked very neat & expertly done). They explained to us everything before they left off including documentations. And as if that wasn't enough, Jordyn checked-in w/ us after a week to make sure we're happy & even has a thank u gift for us (w/c is much appreciated, who does that?). I can use these gifts for my camping tomorrow.
