Technician Andrew is a gem, very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable. Humidifier was in tough shape and will have a new one installed shortly with a better set-up for our needs. $125 was for the initial service call. Thanks Andrew.

Taran Da Silva showed-up at the appointed time, introduced himself and and explained quickly what he needed to do and if I had any concerns. I mentioned an oscillating noise in the blower which he quickly isolated and corrected. He inspected the furnace and confirmed that it was serviceable. My wife had a question about the fan which courteously answered to her satisfaction. Because of staff like Taran, I feel confident that my furnace's health is in good hands and that I can trust McKinley Heating to maintain my equipment.

Right from the first time we contacted McKinley Heating the staff was friendly and very helpful. They were able to book an appointment for us immediately which was very nice. The technician that came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

Andrew was prompt, courteous and very patient while explaining what the problem was and how it could be corrected. I would be most happy to have him again should the need arise.

Was replacing a old Lenox furnace, and some heating ducts were missing. As well had to move our water tank. We went with high efficient furnace Lenox. Company that installed it was very professional and even though we kept going down checking and asking questions they didn't mind. Great company and the young lady that gave us the quote was excellent answered our questions and concerns. She even did a follow up to make sure we were happy! I would highly recommend this company as well as our super quite furnace to any one out there. Thanks again for the great Job

Excellent service from everybody in the company. They understand the value of customer service. Sales consultant very knowledgeable, and installation crew punctual, efficient, respectful. Excellent work all and all, totally worth our money in equipment and with this company.

When our furnace decided to no longer function, we called a couple companies in for quotes. Jordyn from McKinley was on time, discussed our needs, provided many options, and helped us determine what was best for us. When we then discovered asbestos the day before installation, McKinley was there with heaters to help us survive the cold of winter and supported us as we tracked down abatement. They worked with the abatement company to get us heat in the quickest time possible while ensuring everyone was safe. As well, they checked in with us to ensure we were doing fine and see if we needed anything more. The installers (including Vince) ensured they kept our house clean and kept us informed throughout the process, going above and beyond to ensure we understood the various features and the adjustments needed to get a proper installation in our home. I truly appreciate all the support Jordyn, Vince, and the crew gave us throughout this difficult, frustrating time and would recommend them in a heart beat.

We'd had issues with our furnace in April of 2014; in our neighborhood there is an employee of McKinley Heating we walk by the truck almost daily. When we had issues we decided to give them a call. The tech came out inspected our furnace and advised what part needed replacement and also made recommendations on additional work. We decided to proceed with only the required part, it worked fine until December 2014. At which time we call McKinley Heating again, as chance would have it the same technician came to our home. He advised that there were several issues with our furnace and suggested replacement. That same day a sale representative came to our home, perform a visual and provided three replacement options. We choose the option that worked best for our home and family. They made arrangements to replace our furnace two days later, the installation was quick and with limited interruption of our life that day. Since we've had our new furnace, we've already noticed a difference in how long it runs to heat our home. I'll be curious to see our new utility bill for the month to see the impact. I would highly recommend this company to anyone I know. Thank you.

I was truly impressed with their services ,from initial sales person to final installation ,due to asbestos removal in our home ,it made it difficult to schedule the installation ,however their staff went beyond to accommodate me while being in hospital for surgery ,the installers did a excellent job ,I strongly recommend McKinley heating in Edmonton ,they are the best and carry a good product.

The time had come...no more procastinating to replace our furnaces. starting with furnace service in August to replacement of furnaces in October the service and professionalism of MCKinnely was outstanding. We met with Chis ( the sales expert) and he explained our options very thoroughly...with a good sense of humor and honesty as well. The installation team had to use creative thinking and they truly did an awesome job. They also worked in a very timely matter. We would recommend McKinley for their outstanding work from beginning to end. Plus, there was no mess for me to clean-up.
