    Furnace Repair

    I called McKinley because my furnace stopped working. Tanner came by after getting the call, and did a thorough check of the furnace. He quickly identified the root cause of issue, and replaced the malfunction gas valve. Tanner also helped to fix the water leaking issue from the furnance very professionally. I really appreciate Tanners work and will definitely recommend to anyone who has heating issue.

    New furnace and installation.

    McKinley will always be my first choice for home heating needs. They're a bit more expensive than other companies however their product, quality & speed of service and workmanship are incomparable.

    New furnace and hot water tank

    Quick response from service & sales as our furnace gave out on the long weekend. Rhonda in sales was professional & thorough in suggesting a new furnace. 2 days later Devon, Tanner & Nathan installed a new furnace & a hot water tank. Courteous, efficient & answered all our questions. Highly recommend McKinley.

    furnace problem

    My furnace stopped working for 2 days and I phoned Mckinley. An on call technician by the name of Steve was scheduled to check my furnace and he identified immediately the root cause of the problem. A million thanks to Steve and the company for providing an excellent service.

    Hot Water Tank

    Report made on Tuesday October 11 that Hot Water Tank was not functioning (had stopped functioning on Saturday, October 8 - a long weekend and unable to contact anyone!!) . First appointment I could get was for October 17. Repairman arrived "to do repairs" but did not arrive to do a replacement. Fortunately, Alex was able to quickly arrange for a new water tank to be delivered and successfully completed the work in a timely manner. He stated he was astounded that the Company would leave me without hot water for a week. I cannot praise and thank Alex enough!! I would recommend office staff be better prepared to respond to client concerns

    furnace and AC installation

    I would highly recommend this company based on my experience with the installers Devin and Joe. They were professional and friendly and they promptly answered any questions I had. When they left you couldn't even tell they were here.

    Installation of new furnace

    From the yearly inspection and the information provided by the technician, the process for buying a new furnace was seamless. Today Devin and Joe arrived exactly on time and shared the plan for the day. Their communication was thoughtful and ensured that I understood the process. From the time they arrived until the installation they were professional and had excellent skills in explaining all aspects of the new furnace. I am a long time customer and recommend this service to friends and neighbours. Joe and Devin treated me with kindness and generosity.

    New High Efficiency Furnace, Hot Water Tank, AC

    Replacement of all equipment was far more complicated than anticipated. McKinley took the time to plan the installation properly. Vince & Kyle were very efficient, very thoughtful, very clean - excellent quality & service! We would highly recommend them! John & Liz

    Air conditioning installation

    This company was exceptional in all areas. The office staff, sales and installation crew were all great to work with. Devin and Joe were prompt, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions during installation. We will definitely use the company again and again.

    New furnace

    The two fellows were here at 8:00 am. They put down runners to protect the carpet. They were very efficient, friendly . It took them 4 to 5 hours to install. They cleaned up when they were done and did a great job cleaning. There names were Devin and Robb. I would recommend McKinley Heating . Good company and great service Thx again Laura Unteriner
