3+ years after my windows and doors were installed, I had a problem with a double hung window. It will not stay up when I tried to open it. And also had a squeaky front door. Emailed Jeff, and he responded promptly. Art came out, even during the covid 19 pandemic. He fixed all the problems with expertise and was so courteous. He also found a wasp nest in one of the windows preventing it from closing properly. Thanks Art, and Jeff for the great customer service you provide.

I had the worst window in my front room. So bad that I didn’t sit in that room in the winter without a big sweater! Now, I can sit in my living room with a t-shirt on! Art, Jeff and Dan were so thorough with this install and clean up. A friend came over that night and said “you can’t even tell they were here!”. Minimal damage done ( very minor just 2 very small spots around the framework), just a brush stroke of paint. I love my new window!

Once again Superior Home Improvements has gone above and beyond in customer service. Art, Dan and Jay came to replace my final 2 windows( I have been using Superior for 2 houses, doors and windows, since 2003). They were on time,courteous and conscientious, esp. with cleanup, and did the work quickly and efficiently. The best thing about this wonderful company and thoughtful employees is that you never have to call and remind them of anything. When they say they will do it they always do, and in the exact time they say too. Jeff even watched for my GreenOn rebate and called me to get a signature that I missed before the deadline date. I’m only sorry that I have no more windows or doors to replace. I recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you everyone, you are all truly “Superior “!

Once again Superior came through with flying colours! Problem was a broken pin to attach an outer screen to the window and through their efforts we received a full screen replacement from the manufacturer at no cost. You can't ask for more than that! By the way, we still get compliments on our front door even after all this time.

They quoted us for all the windows and patio doors , you can order window by window if you wish. Very professional staff, reasonable pricing and great workmanship. Highly recommended.

My porch was a disaster just before I called Superior home improvements. This time the job was done properly; started with a very modest estimate by Karl, a gentelman with tremendous competence who diagnosed the proble. It was comleted precisely and accuratly in 2 days. I was amazed how Art ,who completed this project, made it look contemporary besides being functionary by taking care of each detail. Had 2 very old windows on our second floor that needed replacement. Superior was very prompt and thorough in their responses to my inquiries. They were very easy to coordinate with to meet and discuss options, have windows measured, and ultimately installed. On the day of installation, their men showed up on time and put down tarps to prevent tracking dirt through my house. They were quick and the windows look great. It was a very pleasant experience.

Without a doubt this was truly one of the best home improvement decisions we have made and look forward to using Superior Home Improvements again to eventually complete the remaining 4 windows and doors in the coming years.
