replaced all windows and entrance door and storm door
Good afternoon Jeff and the entire team at Superior Home Improvements. I just wanted to take a moment and say a special thank you to each of you for the incredible work that was done on our house. The entire appearance of our home has drastically changed with all the windows and doors done by your company and we are so happy with the work. Replacement Windows
Very professional, high quality workmanship. Explained what our options were, and took the time to show us what would be happening and when. They more than delivered what was promised both on the craftsmanship of the product, and the installation. Very professional at all times.

windows
If we were ever to need any windows installed there is no one else to call other than Superior Home Improvements in Scarborough. They were prompt to show up, proffesional in their manners, explicit in their description of work to be completed, finished their work on time, cleaned up to the point that we could not notice that anything had been disturbed and also very polite and a joy to have in our home. Their product knowledge was a tremendous help in choosing the proper windows for our requirements. Once you meet the owner, you will immediately feel comfortable in dealing with them. Nancy & Rick.

We received an estimate in advance. The work was done professionally and on time. We were very satisfied with the work of the company and would recommend them to others.

windows
My upstairs windows were all replaced from brick to brick and the downstairs were retrofit....they did an excellent job ..cleaned up after themselves and I have been very pleased. The job was done in 2007 and everything has been good.

Windows and Doors

Who would have thought that there are still companies out there who are skilled, ethical and caring – the name speaks for itself “Superior Home Improvements”. Quality Product and Quality Installation – it does not get better than this. You have played an intricate part through the various phases in our 10 year home renovation project, and as we entered each phase that required a new door and new windows I always felt totally confident placing a call to you, knowing that you would still be in business and that the job would be done correctly – what a relief – as we have certainly experienced many ups and downs with other aspects of our project renovations. You’re a great team – you’re organized, polite and efficient - you complement each other and work very well together. 12 windows installed brick to brick
Hi Jeff, Thank you for registering our windows with Vinylbilt. Your services from Sales, to Installation and after Sales support are superb. Now I see all the suggestions Karl had made during our consult were very valid points. Please pass our thanks to Karl. Dan and Sapa were excellent with the installation. So careful in moving about the furniture and putting up a scaffold. I can see the care they took to install each window. Dan was very patient to address all my concerns. Please also pass our thanks to them. The windows themselves are gorgeous. Top of the notch quality. I will definitely refer you to our friends and use you again for the rest of the windows in our house. Love my new windows! Betty

Window Replacement
I would like to take this opportunity Karl to tell you how pleased I am with my new windows, They are all you said they would be. The Installer Dan was truly a hard working ,caring ,and Polite young man, He was calm,& unhurried, always smiling. Dan also kindly fixed my front door for me ,which I appreciated very much. He did a great job on all he did, and all was done like he loved doing it, he sure knows his job. He should be highly appreciated by Superior Home Improvements, were it my company I certainly would want him working for me, HE IS AN ASSET for the company. Thank you once again Karl.

Window and sliding door replacement
After much research and deliberation, I hired Superior Home Improvements to replace all the windows and two sliding glass doors in my home. They completed about 2/3 of the job last summer and I have contracted with them to replace the last three windows this month. I was extremely pleased with their service, from the first sales call with Barry right through to the installation. It's a huge expenditure and my house is very old so I'm used to "surprises" whenever I have work done. This time there were no "surprises", They gave me sound advice, were patient and thorough in answering my questions and always followed through. I'm thrilled with my new windows and I can't wait to get the final ones installed so I can enjoy them this summer. Jeff, Art and Barry gave me confidence that I was making the right decision and didn't disappoint. Their installers were considerate, professional and flexible. All in all, a very good experience and I would recommend them to friends and family. I just wish they did more than windows and doors.

Window replacement
We had Superior Home Improvements replace our living room window. The installation was done on time, the new window looks great and the service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!
