    Patio Doors

    We just had 2 sets of patio doors installed and I must say this company has restored our faith in having work done in the home. The salesman, installers and office staff were excellent,as are the doors. Sheets were used to cover floors and surrounding furniture and everything was put back in place on completion. Great work and many thanks to Karl, Jeff, Art and Jay . We also learned about the 7th sense---humour!!!

    Patio Door Installation

    After reading amazing reviews, I approached Superior Home Improvements, Ajax. I commend Karl for such a pleasant first visit and giving us an excellent customer service. Amazing precision and accuracy on Jeff's part and then last, but not at all the least, Jay finally made our patio door a reality. He entirely replaced a window installing a beautiful patio door, with such precision and tidiness. Leaving the site so clean and tidy, plus all over with such a kind demeanour..I am so impressed. Through it all, the company represented great customer service and I strongly recommend them. Keep up the great work you guys do!

    Hi Jeff, Karl and Jay

    Thank you for the great service. I appreciate the company's honesty and care in explaining things about the product and service that would be provided. I thank Jay for the amazing job of installing the windows. He has a great sense of humor and very personable. He left the work site clean. Everyone who has saw the windows and patio doors were commenting on how nice they looked. It does not even look like I changed them - it looks like it was built with the house. I am very pleased. I am impressed with every last detail that was handled by this company. Amazing, I would recommend this company to anyone and I plan to use this company again in any future project. Hey guys this means no retirement plans for you!!

    Window replacement

    This is the fourth time we have had Superior come to our home and replace windows. All our interactions with Superior have be exceptional. Installation went without a hitch. All debris was taken away. We are ecstatically happy with our new windows. We would and have recommended Superior.

    Windows

    I first found Superior in 2006 to do some windows. The work and windows look great but the one thing that really reminds me of the type of company they are occurred when we had a minor issue with the windows. I called and the very next day Art came by and issue fixed. Fast forward to 2015, I got some quotes and dollars wise all were in a similar range so based on the past and the type of information Karl provided me we chose Superior. We finished most of the remaining windows which involved 15 windows of which 12 were in one small area or sun room which everyone refers to. Everyone starting from Karl, Art, Jeff and Jay were very accommodating. On Oct 29, 30th Art and Jay finished in 2 days and were great dealing with and the final job looked great. Long story short, I have used them twice and have recommended to others and I am the type that will not recommend unless I would use them again. Ron

    Replacment of all windows in house

    I would happily recommend Superior Home Improvements without reservation. The ordering and installation experience were second to none. Karl Scott was a pleasure to deal with. His no pressure approach made my purchasing experience a pleasure. His wealth of experience and suggestions were incredible as was his follow-up to both phone calls and e-mail communications. His responsiveness put other vendors to shame. My only regret is that I didn't make Superior my first call. As far as I'm concerned, Superior has no comparables. The prices were reasonable and both the service and installation were best in class. The installation of the windows was headed up by Art, the owner of Superior Home Improvements. He led by example. He worked non-stop on the installation. He was assisted by Jay who is incredibly skilled and hard working. A true gentlemen and does just incredible work. Don also worked incredibly hard and would put installers half his age to shame. Everything was cleaned up both inside and outside my home. I'm really glad I went with Superior Home Improvements.

    Bay window and bedroom windows.

    After checking a number of local companies, I decided to ask for a quote from Superior Home Improvements. A five pane bay window and two bedroom windows were required and prices from other companies ranged from $4500-$6900. I decided to hire Superior after Karl spent some time with us, which was almost like a social afternoon! A very pleasant fella. The order was placed... no pressure, no unreasonable promises and the products were installed yesterday. The two installers, not sub contractors but actual employees, proved to be two of the best tradesmen I have had the pleasure of dealing with. No mess, MOST efficient, on time and very professional. A beautiful project and I am now wondering what excuse I can use to change some more windows! Al W.

    Replacement windows 2013

    We had all our main floor windows replaced by Superior Home Improvements in the fall of 2013. We were very happy with the quality of windows and the workers did a wonderful job. We do not have drafty, cold windows any more in the winter and they keep out the heat in the summer. We have just put in an order to replace all of the basement windows.     Windows

    I was referred to Superior by my friend (he had all his windows replaced by them and was very happy). Karl was fantastic 10+++ I can't stress this enough. I had lots of questions and the entire process before I signed the contract was a couple of weeks (at least). He always looked out for my best interests. I wasn't there for the installation but my GC was and he said the guys did a good job. Art was a master at measuring the windows and installing them. Windows look fantastic and I'm very very happy. In total I did around 13-14 windows all brick to brick, sliding door and a new bay window. I will definitely use them again! Thanks again Karl.

    Window Replacement
