After checking four other window manufacturers, I selected Window City to measure, supply, and install three complicated residential properties in mid-town Toronto. I found the level of detail and the quality of the products outstanding. I would highly recommend Window City for all your window & door needs.

The company was very good when doing my renovations, and offered great service. Later on, I called them over again to make adjustments and they did so in a timely manner.

We recently renovated our home, we replaced all the windows and entry doors. After comparing quality we decided to purchase from Window City. We replaced our old windows, with Window City Heritage Collection. Great quality windows and detailed service. We also replaced our front door. The selection for entry doors at Window City was impressive. Not only are their doors esthetically appealing but they're safe too! Window City entry doors come with a 3 point lock mechanism technology (the door locks in three different points) Needless to say I always feel safe at home!! I would highly recommend Window City vinyl windows or entry doors to anyone.

We were in the process of purchasing an older home and our inspector noticed that the existing windows had mould between the windows (they were double hung) because the seals were no longer doing the job. We got 3 quotes on getting the windows retrofitted, which were all fairly close in price, and decided to go with the dealer from Window City. They did a great job with the installation, and were very tidy. If I did it again I would have spent a bit more to get the new windows entirely because the aluminum cladding for the retrofits doesn’t look as nice as the trim on new windows. We were also able to negotiate the price down on the overall cost of the home, because of having to get the new windows installed, thanks to the inspector.

Great service and very reasonable price, the workers were polite. Everything was installed perfectly to our liking. Give them a call and Im very confident you will be quite happy.

We did a complete reno on our 30 year old home just over a year ago. After looking at multiple options we decided to go with Window City. The windows have held up extremely well. They're a great product for the price and we'd happily use them again.

Just had a fantastic experience with Anthony from the customer service department at Window City and wanted to thank him. He went out of his way to get me some replacement pins right away, which seem like a small thing but I learned they're a BIG thing! Appreciate the help!
