We had our windows installed last Oct 2020. I was promised my custom blinds would fit. 10 months later still waiting for them to sort this out. I leave a message at least once a month and nobody replies. We had a crack appear in the glass of one window in April, They were eventually supposed to come out today to replace, when my husband called to see when they would be here they said the glass had got broken in the truck. I'm really not impressed for the money we spent. We could have gone with a company half the price of what we paid, but was impressed with the sales pitch at that time. Not so sure now. Very un satisfied !!!! Ha ha Love the auto response answer... Customer service doesn't return calls nor does the service/installation manager!!!!

Wonderful company from salesperson Roger to installers Justin and Dan. Excellent warranty, price not the cheapest but I think the best quality. 8 week wait turned into only 6 weeks, installers arrived on time, very professional, work area protected, cleaned area up perfect, able to save my inside trim which was a custom trim, filled in all nail holes, Justin explained all paperwork. Would recommend this company any time. Small issue with hardware on the side garage door but was assured this would be dealt with promptly. Best part for me was the inside of the doors were painted so no paint brush for me! HAPPY customer

Justin and Corbin are a fantastic team. Work was done in a very professional manner, with every precaution taken to keep this job clean, neat and tidy. Also taking into consideration how the windows will be used. They spent some time to also showcase the features of our new windows. Would not hesitate having these gentlemen back in the home. Retro-fitting doors and windows in an 65 year old home can be really tricky. Mike and Jon arrived on time and prepared to work! Their skill-set and attention to detail were really impressive. Their jobsite clean-up and communication/instructions about the products were also outstanding. My neighbours have already commented about how great the new front door looks -- and I have to agree! The new back door and window also look awesome. Thanks for all the hard work!

Fantastic service! Tim, Oleg and Taylor were skilled and extremely professional with the replacement and installation of 32 windows/doors!!!! So police and accommodating! Sean, salesperson was fair and demonstrated great knowledge of the products. Oleg and Taylor installed the windows and doors without issue and when a window ‘broke’ accidentally, they promptly ordered a replacement. The best part is they were offered a ‘pet friendly’ service and our dogs will miss their visits!! Thanks

Planning and organizing of product by Doug in London was flawless and no chance of not having everything necessary for the installation. This was followed by Jacob and PJ in Windsor who from the moment they arrived at my home until they left my home we’re meticulous with the installation and made sure I was pleased with everything. I was totally impressed with the overall quality of the entire process. I am hoping it will be them when I order a new front door.

We just got our new windows and front doors yesterday. We love the look of our new black windows and beautiful doors. The installers, Mike and Ed were courteous, clean and very professional. We are so happy we decided to go with Centennial.

Henry and Nick installed our new basement windows today. The day started with rain but eventually it cleared up. However, the rain didn't stop them...they worked through it all. The windows look great and trimmed out very nicely. We did a walk-around inside and out to make sure that we were satisfied with their workmanship. We are very pleased with the quality of the windows and their work. They did a great job cleaning up after the installation. Thank you Henry and Nick!

Nik and Eric installed our patio door today. They were very customer oriented, thorough with their work, and did a great installation. The door looks beautiful. We highly recommend Centennial Windows and Doors.
