Excellent service by Colin! They were dedicated and professional. I would recommend them to our friends and family. Easy to talk to and understood exactly what we wanted with our design.

Jeff and Robbie installed a window in our house. The were efficient, polite, neat and clean. They did a good job. We would recommend them and the company if anyone asks.

We had 12 windows and a patio door replaced by Centennial and the service was excellent. The installers Mike and Taylor were exceptional from their friendliness to their workmanship. It took 3 days to do the job and every day they showed up on time, always asked if we had questions about the previous or if there anything we needed to know or understand better. Had a door and frame installed and the sales man was good and very convincing. However, the installers did a poor job. Im not that picky but paying 3000 for a door and installation you would think that the job would have been done properly. I'm only writing a review for one of the issues since I fixed the others myself. Update 18 Oct 2021 Centenial Windows has honoured their Warranty and repaired the door. (im sure how to delete this review)

Just had 7 windows & 2 doors replaced. Excellent products. The installers Richard M & Nick M were VERY professional, informative & tidy. From the first call, the estimate and the installation we could not have been more impressed & pleased with the results. Will definitely recommend Centennial.

Excellent work from Chris and Corey. They were both professional and pleasant. Efficient and neat in the house and grounds. Safety minded with equipment. I would recommend these Gentlemen. Thanks.

I am giving this rating a 4 star instead of 5 because I was not totally satisfied with my sales person. I felt he did more time talking about himself than about what I needed but nevertheless the install guys were great. Henry and Nick did a great job removing my old doors and installing the new ones. The finishing touches they put on the door and the mouldings were beautiful. One small issue was that I received the wrong handle but Henry assured me that it would be fixed.

I had to replace my front door and side lights. The Sales Consultant came to my house to do measurements and provide quote. He was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions on what might be appropriate. I did not know that all their doors and windows are made by their company here in Ontario and are made to the highest standards. The removal and installation went extremely well. The Installation Technicians were friendly and professional. They kept me updated as to time lines to complete. They cleaned up all the debris when finished. After they left I noticed something. It was late in the day and their office was closed so I left a message. At 7:10 AM the next day I got a call from the Installation Manager, indicating that the guys would be back first thing that day to remedy. The guys showed up around 8 AM and within a few minutes the issue was resolved. All around, it was a pleasure dealing with this company - something we don’t always find these days. I would highly recommend and when it is time to do my windows, I will be giving them a call. Love the door!

Centennial Windows & Doors sent Chris & Cory to replace/install all 22 windows on the home my parents built. They were great representatives of this company and had a great work ethic. Prompt, polite, & great sense of humor. They were patient with my questions and explained everything easily. The windows have a lifetime warranty, and that is fantastic.

Very happy with these windows. We had 9 replaced, including our front picture window. They are solid and have added a whole new level of soundproofing to the house. It has also made a significant improvement to the air tightness (as per the Energuide tests). The installation crew, Kyle and Scott, were excellent. Arrived at 8:00 a.m. and finished and cleaned up by 5. Very professional.
