I just had 9 windows and a patio door installed by Centennial Windows and Doors. I am so happy with the job that Glenn and Brandon did. The windows and door look fantastic and the complete warranty is what sold me in the end. Glenn and Brandon are friendly guys, as is everyone else I've spoke with at Centennial, and they worked well together.

I got New windows and doors the installers Jon and Cody were neat kind and on time every day. Would have them come in and do other jobs on my house.

Eric and Jacob were in over the past 2 days to install 12 new windows in our house. They were amazing! Just did not stop working since the moment they got here in the morning. Very efficient and great at their job! The windows look fantastic and the finishing inside and especially outside looks so good! The only thing is (which was not their fault) the lady when she called to tell us about our install dates told us all we needed to do was take down our window coverings and we didn't even have to I've the furniture out of the way. We moved the furniture anyways but it would have been good to have been pre warned that some areas should have been covered or tarped to minimalize the dirt that got on some things. Like our printer and stuff in the office and what not. Great job! The windows are already such a bonus.

Dan and Jeff did a great job replacing our window. They arrived on time in the afternoon and worked quickly and efficiently to remove the old window and install the new one. Also very personable to talk to.

I was super pleased with the replacement of my front door and transom window. The paint colour and glass was exactly what I was expecting. There was some complications with the install (old house retrofitting) but the guys stayed late and came back on a Saturday to finish up. I am extremely happy I went with Centennial!

Quality of windows and door is excellent and the workmanship professional. Centennial took the time to ensure all the measurements were correct and installed everything without any setbacks. The crew (Jason and Dave) did a great job to leave everything neat, tidy and clean.

We placed an order with Centennial Windows/Doors on June 15th, 2017 for a front door with 2 side lights and a sliding patio door. We were told that these doors would be installed by the end of July, they weren't installed until September 1st, 2017, the reason given for this delay was that the sales rep (Mike M. from Wallaceburg) suggested a door that wasn't even possible and that had never been done before so it was very custom and this is why it was taking longer than expected. The installation took place on September 1st, 2017, the glass in the door and side lights was wrong, it was not even close to what we had ordered. I called Mike immediately to let him know that the glass was not what we ordered and instead of addressing the issue in a professional manner he made me feel as though I was wrong. He then called back at a later time and thinking he was going to address the issue of the incorrect glass, he was actually calling to let us know that he messed up on the contract with the amortization period and it would need to be corrected. We were then scheduled to have Centennial windows come on October 16th, 2017 in the afternoon to reinstall the glass with the one we had originally ordered. They showed up to install the glass at 6:00pm, the glass was wrong again. So to whomever is reading this review, I highly recommend choosing another company to go with for new doors. This situation has been very stressful and depressing. What is my $15 500.00 hard earned dollars paying for? To be continued....who knows how long this will take to get resolved.

While I waited a while for the actual install to happen, the installers who completed the project Scott and Jeff were fabulous. They were both extremely professional, cleaned up the site after both days at my home and overall did a great job with the install & construction that went along with the project.

Jason and Dave did very good work. Super clean and friendly. You could tell that they knew their trade well. The door looks great and the guys were very responsive to any of the specific requests I had. Andrew (the salesman) was a very good communicator throughout our transaction.

Dan and Jeff arrived on time, were friendly, polite, tidy, and seemed to install both doors well. Thanks guys! There was a change/delay of installation by 10 days initially, due to the late arrival of one door, but now installed, both doors look nice and function well so far. We trust that the products and performance will be excellent (equal to the high cost and promise of high quality).
