I have nothing but excellent things to say about my experience with Knight Plumbing. The initial quote with Chris was upfront, honest, and he acted as more of a guide than sales person. Chris made sure all my questions were answered properly and my hardware requirements were met.
Tudor or Andrei (Tudor was written on the coveralls but Andrei was on the invoice) did an amazing job cleaning our vents out before the A/C install. Nothing but professionalism, very articulate, understands how to interact with customers. Great asset to your team.
Karl, Vipol and Matt helped on the installation. Such a great group of guys to speak with, very professional and great customer interaction. We had a minor issue that these gentlemen were able to resolve in a quick and complete manner than made the install 100% perfect in the end.
Dawn at the office is a very sweet person. Extremely nice and very professional. It was great conversing with her.
