Knight replaced my tankless heater when I was in a pinch since my old one cracked and was leaking. Got the Navien NPE240A2 advanced model installed nice, neat, and on-time and for a decent price. Thank you to - the admin staff for calling me back the same day I submitted an online web quote request (other companies took 4 days to respond) - technicians/plumbers for being thorough and answering my questions for doing a great job installing. (Note: Homestars review requirements and pedantic terms of use made it made it rather inconvenient for me to post a review, and I almost didnt, but I was happy with my plumbing service so Im trying again to post my review. Homestars, can you please let my review get posted)

I had a leaking pipe in my basement ceiling. Knight Plumbing was the company I called and will always use for all my plumbing needs. Chris and Apprentice, Tudor called me ahead of their arrival, quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired the pipe, showed me and explained what was done, making sure I was satisfied, cleaned up thoroughly and gave me a seniors' discount. Chris was efficient and knowledgable. I was also impressed with how well he was training Tudor, his apprentice who was also helpful and friendly. I would always ask for Chris. Installed shut off valves upstream and downstream of filter on water softener to facilitate filter changes.

I called and within a few days were scheduled to visit. They called prior to arriving and were earlier then scheduled which was great! Came in and within minutes had the problem pinned and spent a few minutes discussing next steps. Booked quickly again for second visit and install. Amazing and efficient service!

Geoff did a great job..Repaired our fluctuating water temperature in no time.. He did scalding and flush and replaced the broken part and he waive diagnostic charge! He answered every query I had with home maintenance.
