Knight's service was prompt and the work was completed quickly to my satisfaction. Carson is a competent, top-notch technician.

We have dealt with Knight since 2015 when they were the only company that offered us a solution for our pool boiler replacement . We have since had them replace a few other heating appliances.

Our furnace stopped working very early in the morning on a chilly Sunday. I called Knight and Steve showed up within a few hours. He was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He explained that it would actually cost less and be more efficient, in the long run, to buy a new furnace (ours was over 20 years old). He lent us some space heaters to ward off the chill, and Ryan installed the new furnace the following day. Ryan and his assistant (I'm so sorry, but I can't recall his name) were also both very friendly and knowledgeable. All the work was done very professionally. We would definitely call Knight again for any future furnace service!

Our furnace was on its last legs in terms of heat output. The heat exchanger had a crack. Time for a new furnace. We were overseas at the time. A dear friend allowed the contractors in to quote. As I was not going to be there, we needed a fixed price quote. This company provided, although slightly more expensive, a fixed price quote. They stuck by it, and did the job quickly and efficiently. Thank goodness, because Calgary was having -30° weather. Thank you for a wonderful job.

Work done professionally, efficiently, and in a timely fashion. Went with the toilet recommended by the technician as it was also a recommended unit by Consumer Reports. The cost quoted was what was billed. They are not the cheapest but you are paying for knowledge, professionalism, and experience

Booking of install was easy and accommodating. Install technician was communicative, polite and professional. Installation was completed in 2 days. Site was left clean and tidy.

A water line in the ceiling in my kitchen started to leak which meant we had to turn the water off for the whole house. Tyler from Knight Plumbing came out promptly to assess the situation. After walking me through the scope of the job and pricing, the job was completed right away. Very courteous and helpful. Highly recommend Knight Plumbing.

I asked for my old part back the day after the emergency repair was completed as my father in law wanted to take a look at it. The technician did not offer to leave it when he was finished. I texted him the day after and was told he would bring it back to my house. He never did. Now I am left thinking that he may have ripped us off. I have chosen to bring it up here rather than go straight to google or social media.

My 20 year old furnace broke down in the middle of the night when it was 20 below. I called a couple of different furnace companies and they couldn't come out for a couple of days. I finally called Knight Plumbing and they sent someone to look at my furnace within a few hours. As it was a costly fix, they gave me a good deal to have my furnace and hot water tank replaced. They replaced it within a couple of days and did an amazing job. The technicians were really friendly, honest and caring and helped out where they could on the cost. The service was excellent.
