I called and within a few days were scheduled to visit. They called prior to arriving and were earlier then scheduled which was great! Came in and within minutes had the problem pinned and spent a few minutes discussing next steps. Booked quickly again for second visit and install. Amazing and efficient service!

Excellent service! Fast efficient and friendly. Called Knights Plumbing to inquire about cost and installation and agent was very helpful on the phone so I booked it right away. Water heater was installed, friendly and efficient. Works great! Would definitely recommend them.

Geoff did a great job..Repaired our fluctuating water temperature in no time.. He did scalding and flush and replaced the broken part and he waive diagnostic charge! He answered every query I had with home maintenance.

Igor found all was well with my furnace, except one little pin that regulates the coordination of the fan with the flame, preventing accidents with escape of CO. He explained very clearly what the piece did and I was of course happy he caught it when worn but not yet worn out! I'm glad to have met Igor who made it clear by his welcoming smile at the door that he was glad to be here! He has a great sense of humour and was happy to answer my questions about other furnace functions . A pleasure having him assure me that all is now well with the furnace. Every time I call to set up an appointment I'm brought instantly to a smile myself as Tina answers the phone with "What can I do to make your day better?" "What can I do to bring joy to your day?" or something.... I can't even remember exactly what as I'm left immediately smiling/laughing. I haven't had a plumbing emergency in quite a while, thank goodness, but both Tina's and Igor's positivity would surely take the edge of a tense situation! Thank you both!

Justin and Tudor were prompt, thorough and attentive to all details. They took great care to keep their work neat and tidy and protected all the floors, carpets and walls, that they were working around, like it was their own home. Before and after pictures confirmed their work was effective. Im very pleased. Knights is the only company Id ever consider using for this job in the future.

It was very easy to book our faucet installation within a few days of posting the initial service request. The plumber was professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely reach out to Knight Plumbing for future work.

Dave replaced the fill assembly in 3 toilets and did a great job. He provided me with the list of parts to purchase myself as it would be cheaper. The job was completed efficiently and he did numerous checks to ensure there were no leaks before he left. Dave also answered all of my questions.

Chris with Knight Plumbing previously did an outstanding job replacing our poly b piping. I recently asked him to return and look after the plumbing changes required during our bathroom remodel. Once again he was punctual, had all the material to complete the work and did a great job rerouting a vent and roughing in our shower plumbing. Thanks again for your professionalism.
