The service techs were informative and answered all my questions. They were very clean and practiced all of Covid safety protocols. Both arrived on time, even early and accommodated when I needed to delay them to attend a meeting.

I called Knight plumbing when my hot water tank stopped working due to the cold snap. The issue was a recurring problem for the last 5 yrs. The service technician, Tyler, was very friendly and professional. Most of all, I was very impressed when he came up with a smart and practical solution to the problem. After his fix, my hot water tank has been running fine throughout the cold snaps. I'm so happy with this fix. Thanks Tyler and Knight Plumbing.

When I placed a service call the operator did not tell that the tech will charge the assessment fee on top of the visiting fee. The tech arrived and talked very rudly, I had the condensation issue so I discussed the issue and told the tech that I suspect the solenoid valve is not functioning properly. He went down and found that the valve is not working and recomended to change it, I agreed. (The investigation and the valve replacement took 10 min to replace the valve). He made a bill of $370 for the service. When I filed a complaint, his boss said I will investigate but after almost two weeks are gone he did not call back. Beware of this company they are greedy and low level of customer service can be expected from them. Update: I got a hold of company’s VP who listened to my concern and helped me in resolving the issue as well as helped in getting a partial refund. I appreciate Ryan’s help. Dual tankless system (hot water + in-floor heating) replaces a single tank system. The system needed adjustments after installation to provide sufficiently hot water for bathtubs in the home, required installation of a hot to cold water bypass to remedy.

Company was prompt, professional and the technician was courteous. Issue wasn't identified initially which escalated cost. Started with thermopile, then it was determined that the gas valve was faulty. Both warrantied and replaced. Then tank began leaking which necessitated a replacement of a pressure valve at N/C. Labou was over $800 which was reduced slightly after discussion with supervisor.

I had a dual kitchen sink that kept backing up. Was unable to get 50 foot snake down the cleanout. Tyler added a y-cleanout to the drain so I can access it if it backs up again. He also cleaned out the drain. Works great now!

Invoice #: 508429 Service man (George) replaced control board and fan motor of the Reznor garage furnace which I purchased from Knight Plumbing in 2019. He also replaced the thermostat (which had only recently been replaced by Knight Plumbing, (See Invoice #: 504891, Nov. 2020) with a different (digital) model, assuring me it will be more reliable. I can only trust this to be so, because the last one apparently wasn't.

Great company, the guys were great, Dave was very informative and professional, explained what he was doing and some helpful advice. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. Always been very happy with their service
