Noticed water damage on ceiling on main floor. Andrew removed toilet. The seal was faulty. We decided to get a new toilet as the existing one was ancient. He also attached a new shower head. All’s well!

Andrew repaired our broken toilet gasket (PVC) using a metal repair gasket siliconed on top of the existing gasket. The job was done quickly, efficiently and professionally. I would not hesitate to use Knight's again.

Our water heater was showing signs of wear and needing attention, upon checking the age of the unit it was over 20 years old and we figured it was time to just replace the whole unit. Had an intermittent issue with the Navien water heater, Knights came out very fast and had good technical knowledge of the system. A little on the expensive side for less than 1 hour of work, but also happy with the quick diagnosis of an air filter that was plugged
