    New Windows for our 38 year old home

    Deciding to replace the windows in your home is no small decision. We were so impressed with Paul, our salesman, who expertly and honestly answered all our questions and concerns. He has a "no pressure" approach and we really appreciated all his suggestions. Bernard and Sean were the absolute best crew we could have asked for. They worked very hard and were very personable and easy to have around. They did a fantastic job for us. The windows are of high quality and we are very glad we went with Long Life Windows. We are very pleased and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

    Windows replaced on whole home!

    I had all the windows in my home plus a sliding door and two outside doors replaced. I really appreciated the service I received. Paul was excellent at explaining the product I was buying and giving great suggestions on how to improve my home. Bernard and Sean were great to have around and did the installation with obvious knowledge and skill. What a difference to my home! It was recently fairly warm, and my house stayed so much cooler with the new windows. I particularly appreciated the airflow which has been created upstairs which is making my home so much more livable during the summer. The warranty can't be beat and I know they would help at a moments notice if any problems did occur. Again, thank you for this great service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

    window replacement

    We were very happy with the prompt service from obtaining an estimate for the project to the finished product through to the installation. Bernard and Shawn who installed the windows and replaced the necessary exterior siding were excellent. They arrived promptly and were very professional. At the conclusion of the installation, they made sure they cleaned up and removed all materials. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

    How to make us smile.

    After having a number of window companies come to the house and give us estimates to replace our old single glazed windows, we decided on Long Life. We're sure glad we did. The team appeared at our home when we expected them. They were hard-working and respectful. Each person had his job to do so the work was done very efficiently. They took down and then put up the window coverings as needed. They put tarps down on the inside of the house to keep things clean as they worked. When the team finished up they had swept and vacuumed up any debris that lay around. There was no sign they had been here when they left.....except of course great new windows.

    All New Windows!

    We're doing a major renovation and this is easily the best money spent. We replaced all our windows as well as adding one in the laundry room. We also had them install a sliding glass door and a glass door in the laundry room. Everything went very smoothly. The installers came on time every day and worked quickly and professionally. They kept the work space clean and did such a beautiful job. Kris was very helpful and accommodating. We're really happy with the end result. The windows look so great, it's like we have a new house!

    Windows for the whole house

    The best company I like to deal with my renovations. This is the first store I went and decide to get it done. When I first went to the store. Blaine introduce their window product. The windows are so impressed. He told me no tracks in window and the windows can be taken off to clean . That's what i I'm really looking for in terms of long lasting and reliability. I also compare with other company. They are not cheapest but you paid what you get if you want get . They have their own installation team and those workers are not contracted out like home depot. I'm really looking for good windows. I have 23 windows in my in house. On the installation day, 5 big guys came at 9:30am and start working. They really know what they are doing. Once they stepped in. They put some protection cloth to protect the carpet and start working until 4:30pm. They help me moving big furniture without. In an hour, they carefully removed all windows on the top floor (16 windows) without breaking it and dropping on the floor. It only takes them 2 days instead of 3 days. It was faster than I'm expected. Paul also referred a good alarm guy to install the wiring at the same time. This is the main concern as all my windows are pre-wired with alarm. The alarm guy charge good price even lower than the monitoring company and also did a good job. They can finish everything in 2 days. It's over my expectation. I would highly recommend this company.

    Total Window Replacement

    Our new home's windows were original, single pane, and leaking like an 8" hole in the house (according to our home efficiency audit). After seeing Vinyltel and Long Life at the Home Show and reading their reviews on Home Star my husband and I reached out for an estimate on a total replacement. The quote was fair and we got the colour and style we wanted including a replacement for our French doors. The crew did an amazing job and other contractors we've had on site have complimented the work done. They were efficient and left no mess on our property once the job was complete. Totally recommended!

    New Windows and Doors - Great Service

    I had all the windows in the house replaced, as well as replacing the sliding door to the patio with french doors. Long life was excellent to deal with throughout the process. Paul was great helping with an estimate and ideas, and Bernard and Sean were great for the install. Everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the install, and the final product looks great. It's amazing how much quiter and less drafty everything is. I've already recommended them to my sister and my in-laws!

    window and door installation

    Our 26 year old East Vancouver 12 unit strata building recently upgraded windows. Being on the ground floor I was constantly seeing the guys hard at work. Not only were Josh and his entire crew friendly and polite but they were a pleasure to have around last month. Exceptional finishing quality and extremely professional service. Building looks incredible!
