Peter was terrific, he knows his field and could answer all my questions,his customer service was exceptional. He came over the last day of the job to check that I was happy even though he wasn't feeling well. The crew was knowledgable, friendly and courteous to the extreme and constantly vacumned up after themselves. I love the new look the house has!

THis is the second time we have worked with Longlife. A few years ago they installed new windows to our 1950's Bungalow. They were so amazing from first contact and assessment of our needs, to the installation and finishing that when we needed new glass doors installed on the back of our home to the porch and garden, there was no other choice but to return to them. This was a unique install and they worked collaboratively with our needs and the outcome is we have a high quality product that enhances the natural beauty and design of our home. Thank you long life. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you and now consider myself an life long customer!

We recently had all the windows and a sliding door replaced in our home. My Wife and I plan on staying in this house for many years to come so quality, durability and safety were a main concern. We chose Long Life, as their window products are made here locally and the construction was excellent, all backed up with the best warranty I could find. The price was not the cheapest, but after we got them installed we are happy we paid a little more. The installation guys were very thorough and communicated any delays or issues every step of the way. We are now all set for a more comfortable, and quieter Winter. My bathroom door was slanted and everytime I'd open and close it, it would scrape against the frame. I called this company to come and look at my door to see if it can be fixed. They assessed my door frame and the door and told me that I should get it replaced. I replaced my door and am pretty happy that my door doesn't scrape anymore. Their prices are competitive and they are really efficient and put their customers' needs first. I highly recommend them!

So impressed with the service and installation! we will be upgrading additional doors that while do require replacement, we were not pressured to do so at our original quote appointment.

I worked with this company for window and door upgrade for energy saving for our 60 year old house. The service was very timely and professional. If we have a request, this company always find a good solutions for our unique problem. Best contractor we have worked with among many renovation we have done over the years.

I originally went with Long Life as result of the high reviews on Home Stars. My experience was not the typical 9 or 10 rating. My advice to any going with this company is withhold payment until all work and deficiencies are resolved to your satisfaction. I made the mistake of making payment despite not being satisfied with some trim work, on the basis of their reputation and assurance from the Sales rep the work would be redone. That was my mistake. Lucky for me their reputation is important to them so when I finally had enough and submitted a negative review, that finally got some resolution. Long Life replaced 15 windows in my house. Work was done in two days. First day old windows were out, new ones in and foamed. Day two was trim work and they were done and out before I was home from work to review it. The window install work was fine. The Trim work on nine of the windows was fine. The trim work on six of the windows was poor. Poor measuring, poor cuts, caulking to fill gaps, in some spots more than half an inch, ... I had their Sales rep onsite reviewing my concerns. He took photos and said they'd redo it. A few weeks later and several promises along the way that "the installer will call during the week to get the work done", or "the work will definitely be done in the next two weeks", etc. I complain again, and the Sales rep comes a second time, again for another walk through on my concerns, again taking photos of the work. More emails, and phone calls follow, again telling me the crew would be in touch in the next week, or be coming in the next two weeks, I ask for a date, and they say they need to get back to me. This went on for a few more weeks. 3 months after the initial complaint, the work is yet to be resolved. Mid October hits, with the weather getting cold/wet and I no longer am trusting the work is going to get done, so I paint the poor trim work so it's at least sealed for winter. I also at this point in my frustration FINALLY submit a negative review/survey. Well, this finally gets some action. And within 1 day of submitting the negative review, the installer finally calls me to arrange for his visit (even though 3 months of back and forth with the Sales rep couldn't get one Installer phone call to arrange for them to come onsite to resolve the work). Crew of 2 came today and has finally resolved my concerns. My advice, if you choose this company, withhold payment until the work is completed to your satisfaction.

After living with single paned aluminum windows for almost three years, it was time to upgrade! Long Life Windows was recommended to us by a former employee of theirs, and after receiving a reasonable quote, we had seven windows replaced by Randy and Corey. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail made this a truly painless experience. We are thrilled with our new windows and with the excellent work they did!

Quote was very competitive and delivered promptly. Installation was carried out with professionalism and outstanding workmanship. A manufacturing flaw in weatherstripping was flagged by crew and reported for rectification by Vinyltek, who repaired the windows in a reasonable timeframe.
