We researched and met with a number of companies to replace and upgrade a large number of windows and a number of external doors on a house we were purchasing. After meeting with Paul, we knew we had found the right company as he was very knowledgeable about the industry, products, installation, etc. Paul met with us a number of times during the purchase period to measure windows, doors, provide suggestions on hardware,and design. He went out of his way to fit us into a dfficult scheduling period. Installation occured on the day after we had moved in and it was the coldest day of the year. Bernard and his crew were amazing, and provided excellent installation on all including 1 bay and 2 bow windows in addition to a host of other fixed and crank windows, a front door and side panes etc. The quality of the finishing was great and Bernard went the extra mile to trim the door with detailed molding which was a last minute change. The crew even helped move in a large load of boxed ikea furniture, as only my wife was home when the delivery arrived. They were very careful of our wood floors, new carpets and freshly painted walls, cleaned the site and removed all old windows, doors and materials. All told, the experience was extremely positive and we are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend Long Life Windows and Doors to friends and family and will use them again. Daniel

After researching a bit on the internet we narrowed our search down to a few companies including Long Life. Paul gave us our estimate and was extremely knowledgeable in explaining all we needed to know about the construction and technology used in the windows. He also explained the various types of window choices and made some great recommendations we would not have thought of otherwise. His professional approach and competitive pricing convinced us to go with Long Life. For the actual installation we could not have hoped for a better team. Josh and the team were extremely organized and dedicated to doing the best possible work. We had exterior wood trim for all of our windows and the craftsmanship of the teams work was the highest quality inside and out. At the end of each day not they cleaned up everything, and not a single nail was left behind on the driveway. Thanks to Paul and Josh and the team for such a wonderful experience during the install and for delivering such a great product.

We had thirty two windows replaced in our home and were very happy from the first meeting we had with Kris Alexander. Kris was very knowledgable and talked us through the whole installation procedure and the quality of his product. He also offered great suggetions on which windows would best suit our home. When it came time for the installation we were very impressed with Josh, Trent, and Victoria. They were very diligent and hard-working employees. They were so friendly and caring in making sure everything was to our satisfaction. They also did a great job cleaing up as each window was installed and by days end Victoria was also sweeping up the driveway. So nice to see such great service. I would definetly not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

Our experience with Long life has been very good. I would like to mention that the crew that did the installation did an excellent job. We found that the forman, Bernard Fortin, was easy to work with and he certainly took pride in doing a very good job. We consider orselves fortunate that Bernard did our installation.

salesman Peter was terrifc and very helpful, always reachable when needed. Installation guys were fantastic, very attentive and accommodating. Some problems with installation but all was handeled in a professional manner. Some issue with the one of our doors currently and assured they will cme take a look to resolve. Little slow in getting back about exssiting problem but have confidence they will reslove.

Used this company to replace windows at our local office that were old and damaged. Very quick service and great customer support. Staff was very friendly. I would recommend this company.

After having spent considerable money and a ridiculous length of time waiting for installation from another company I was delighted that Long Life finished the job using high quality products within a quick turnaround time and fair price. I highly recommend them for windows and patio doors.

We recently purchased an older home and needed to replace all of the windows. We searched online for a window company that seemed to fit our needs and came up with Long Life. We went into the showroom and spoke with Kris who sold us on the quality of the Vinyltek windows. We had specific requirements regarding some interior casing that we wanted done on our windows and Long Life easily accomodated us. The installation crew was prompt and efficient. We had one minor complaint after everything was done regarding some debris left on the roof and Kris had someone come first thing the next morning to clean everything up to our complete satisfaction. Overall we love our new windows and are very happy with the quality and service provided by Long Life. We would highly recommend them.

Long Life exceeded our expectations! Our salesperson, Peter Wright, was very professional and responded promptly whether providing estimates or answering our questions. He was always accessible & communicative from our first contact through the installation. Our installation crew, Randy & Cory, were consummate professionals, working quickly and competently. They were very respectful of our home, did a great clean up each day and at the end of the project, and were a pleasure to have around. They went beyond expectations and just did an amazing job (how did you curve the wood around that arched window, Randy?) Their pride of workmanship was obvious & they were so dedicated that they didn't even stop early on Canucks final playoff days! We are extremely happy that we chose Long Life and we will definitely recommend them. Thanks, guys!

we just had 11 windows adn 3 skylights installed by Long Life Windows... we found their approach to be professional, they came highly recommended and i will now do the same.
