    Replace Windows

    We replaced 26 windows in our 40 yr old home. Thank you Long Life for our new windows! Superb workmanship with attention to detail done by a professional crew. Always polite, friendly and respectful, all of our questions would be answered. The entire crew (along with some other crews that had to help our some days) worked so hard and would go the extra mile to make sure everything we asked for was taken care of above and beyond our expectations. So happy to have high quality New Construction windows, rather than replacement windows. The cost is extra but adds so much value to our home. Special thanks to Curtis, our excellent foreman, Peter, Peter and Tim, our main crew. It was a pleasure to have you working on our home. The results are outstanding!     New windows and sliding doors

    Josh, Mike, Tiago, Paul and Fernando were a super team. They were easy to work with and answered all of questions. Neat and tidy and the finishing was without a blemish. No cracks or bumps and bruises to doctor. Thank you. The same goes for Curt, Peter, Tim and Euro Pete. Great, thorough work. Very prompt and tidy.

    Excellent new windows!

    Long Life Windows replaced the decades old windows in our home. We are very satisfied with the windows, the installation as well as the sales process. When Paul first came by, he listened and answered all our questions and made recommendations for the best style of window. This was followed by a careful measurement of the required windows at each location. When the windows were manufactured, the installation team worked diligently and efficiently, kept us informed of the steps required and did an excellent job overall. The windows are a great addition to our home for looks, function and comfort.

    great company!

    We purchased new windows for the entire house and new front doors and are so impressed with the service we got from everyone at Long Life. They really care about making sure the customer is happy. Kris, Katie and Erwin were great to work with and very responsive to any inquiries or concerns that we had. We had 2 crews (Josh's and Curtis') who worked incredibly hard and fast and went above and beyond to repair and enforce surrounding areas. They worked through a major heat wave and all the while maintaining a professional, light and friendly mood. Home construction is never easy but you guys made it great! Thank you Curtis, Peter, Tim, Peter and all of Josh's crew as well (sorry, I've forgotten your names).

    Efficient, professional and friendly

    Mike and his crew did a great job replacing several older single pane windows with new vinyl windows. They were efficient, professional, friendly and went above and beyond to get the job done right. Highly recommend.

    Second Time Around!

    This our second go with using Long Life Windows and Doors. We are so very pleased to be employing the services of the business run by Kris and Katie (and Lisa in the office) again. We came into a bit of money and decided to update the rest of the windows on our house (Long Life did 3 of our windows a few years ago) and we immediately decided to go with Lng Life again. The two crews that showed up to do the work, Peter, Peter, Dylan, Duncan, Morty and Tim, expertly led by the two foremen Curtis and Stuart, did a first rate professional job for us, and were very courteous and professional and respectful of our property. We were very happy to pay a bit more for the long lasting quality and would not hesitate to refer Long Life to anyone that wants top quality product installed by a top notch crew (or TWO crews in our case!). Thank you all, Kris, Katie, Lisa, Stuart, Curtis, Peter, Peter, Dylan, Duncan, Tim and Morty.

    Great product and service

    My experience with Long Life Windows & Doors company has been great. They are very organized and always keep me informed in time about their visits. The installation crew were very professional. They listened to me about my concerns, were very patient and willing to answer my questions and accommodate my schedule. I don't have anything damaged due to this large installation. I also love their products, they look good and have nice features, and very smooth to open and close. The screens coming with their products are very easy to take down for cleaning. Recently in the heat wave of a week of July 25, I closed all windows and doors and kept the heat out of my house. I didn't have an AC but just used a couple of fans. The new windows and doors are efficient enough to keep us comfortable inside of house. Thanks Long Life for your help!! Mike Lu

    Great service & Great Result

    My experience with Long Life from the first meeting with the sales staff to finished windows and doors was very good! The sales staff who helped me (Justin) was very helpful, and went above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions. The windows and doors were installed seperately, and it was two different teams who came to my house. Both showed up on time (in fact a few minutes early!), they were so well organized, worked well together, friendly, professional and they all seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. I had my eight upper windows replaced and two custom designed exterior doors installed. I love them so much I can't even believe its my house! I am so pleased with the windows that i am likely going to go ahead and replace the basement windows too!(I did not replace since the previous owner placed new pop in renovation windows right before selling the house) I would post photos, but I have only half painted the exterior trim, and the doors are primed only. I would not want my lack of paint to take away from how awesome the doors and windows actually are. Photos will be provided to Long Life once the painting is complete, and anyone interested in seeing the work would just have to ask for photos of the job that included the two custom doors - front door with 3 vertical diamond shape windows and back door with one diamond shape window.

    Awesome customer service at Longlife

    I recently walked right through our Longlife screen door during a heat wave. We contacted Longlife and they fixed it for free on the same day! My husband dropped it off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon before leaving on a business trip -- so I had a nice breezy house with a view to my back deck during my week of peace thanks to Longlife. I would highly recommend Longlife to anyone wanting a high quality product, great workmanship and awesome customer service. Lynda

    HIGHLY recommend Long Life Windos & Doors

    We had all our windows and 2 patio doors replaced in 2021. Long Life did such an exceptional job and we love the windows/doors so much we decided to have Long Life replace two exterior doors, one of which is the main entrance door. Rick, the installer for the two doors, is indeed a craftsman. VERY Happy indeed all around. Mike
