    New installation of windows

    I hired Long Life Windows and Doors Ltd to install new windows in my home. The communication was great from the beginning and the installation crew did an excellent job, with installing and cleanup. I would definitely use them again for any future renovations.

    Double Fiberglass French Doors

    Longlife Windows and Doors continues to get my business. The products they use, the service and installation staff are fantastic and customer satisfaction is so important to their team. Our door replacement took most of the day. The attention to detail, craftsmanship, knowledge and waterproofing protection was extraordinary. Rick, the installer was incredible, kind and passionate about his work. Its so nice this company respects those beyond retirement age realizing their value. If you want knowledgeable staff, fantastic products and great service, Longlife Windows and Doors is what I recommend.

    Long Life Windows: Don't waste your time looking anywhere else!

    I'm very lazy. I hate doing things twice so I'm very willing to pay for quality and that is exactly what we got working with Long Life Windows. We had a large window installation completed in September and I've waited until winter to provide this review to see the difference the new windows made compared to the ancient 1980s aluminum windows they replaced. The drafts have been completely eliminated (at one point my wife suggested we install a wind farm in the living room!) and it's costing less to heat our house (we've been here for 36 years so we have a lot of history.) This was a complex, challenging project -- I was told that there was not a window product offered by Long Life that wasn't used in our home. The product is excellent, and I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of the installers -- Josh and his team were just amazing. The attention to detail was obsessive and I'm fussy as hell! Long Life use their own staff, not contractors, and many have been with the company for more than 10 years. This was very important to me because the company must treat their staff well to retain them as long as they do, particularly in this industry. This business is family owned and everything is manufactured locally. Unfortunately this is increasingly rare -- It is getting harder and harder to find locally made products so it was a great comfort to be able to support the community we live and work in. I'm tough, with very high standards, and I struggle to find any criticism I can provide about the product, the installation, and the service delivered by Long Life Windows for this project. It's just frustrating that so few businesses today meet these same high standards.

    I want to thank Katie and Ricks professionalism, efforts and hard works to get my long-waited project done. We very much appreciate it. The door is beautiful and functioning well.     Window replacement

    Great Install Team , fast efficient and courteous. Replaced 26 windows in 2 days great product would use them again without hesitation.

    Complete window replacement

    Amazing sales, installation, product, and warranty. Would never hesitate to choose Long Life again if I would ever need to replace my windows.

    Front Door

    I recently had a front door installed by Long Life Windows & Doors. During the summer, I sourced out several door companies and from my first phone call to Long Life, I was very confident this was the company for our family home. From my first phone interaction with Lisa, to the hours spent with Katie in recommending a door choice and colour and finally to Rick who installed the door, the service was fabulous. I would highly recommend Long Life Windows & Doors for any door needs due to their professionalism, patience and a 'customer first' attitude.     New Doors with a master installer

    We moved into our home 27 years ago. It was built in 1947 and although lovingly looked after it had single pane windows, leaky front door, and get thisa home made hollow core basement door! The basement door only opened 20 and we decided this year that we had fought it long enough - hateful to get bikes etc in and out. Because we had Longlife replace all our single pane windows years ago and they did an exceptional job, we gave them a call. I know the level of professionalism that they have so went straight to them. For a new front door with 2 sidelights in a really nice style, and a new basement door that is secure and actually opens fully (which BTW I am having trouble getting used to after so many years of the other garbage door) we paid what seems like a lot at first glance but on checking other sites later found that it was a fair price. The real kicker was having Rick the AMAZING installer put these doors in. It took him a day each - he has been doing this for his whole career and I sat and watched a master at work. He is a perfectionist and my new doors are now the best part of my house! There is zero question as to whether I would have Longlife and Rick (who is never allowed to retire) put in any other doors if I ever need to. You cannot be unhappy with this company. We have used them forever - the second generation has taken over and they are doing a superb job.

    Top Quality Through & through

    The Long Life Window team is exactly what we hoped for. I had 4 other companies come & give us quotes. I knew right away that Kris was the business-person to go with. He was savvy, detailed and professional. We installed 24 new windows in a Tudor-style home which added complexity, plus put in a sliding patio door & some windows which required construction knowledge. This is where Josh and his team truly excelled and way exceeded our high expectations. They were a hardworking team: efficient, clean and courteous. I can't recommend them enough. It has been a year since installation and the minor service requests I've needed have been handled instantly. The quality and workmanship is obvious in our installation.

    Windows Replacement

    Long Life replaced 16 windows in our 1985 built single family home with triple pane VinylteK windows. After a delay of several months due to supply issues, the removal and replacement was completed during 3 days by a very competent crew of 4 experienced staff. They were very thorough in cleaning up as they progressed, assisted us to remove and reinstall blinds and fixtures and readily answered all of our questions. It was a pleasure having them with us. We are confident that our home will be much more comfortable and the reduction in consumption of natural gas will be significant. Thus meeting our original objectives.
