    Furnace Cleaning Maintenace

    This service was part of my yearly maintenance program. My technician was Miguel who arrived on time and with a smile. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions with confidence. He was thorough and cleaned up after without a trace. Provided the analysis report and followed up with any concerns.     Duct Cleaning and Furnace Service

    Jordan, Miguel and Carter arrived on time. They were polite and respectful of my home. They took the time to explain what they were doing. I felt very satisfied with their work. I highly recommend this company.

    Furnace repair

    Ryan was able to get to work on my furnace within four hours of my initial call. Had parts in truck to fix problem and done in under an hour. Very professional.

    Tankless Hot Water System

    Our gas tankless hot water system broke down in 4 years. Mike at Limcan replaced the system in a couple of hours. It was still under warranty so no costs were involved except for the reduced diagnostic fee since we had a service plan.

    Thermostat installation

    Our thermostat broke down and within 24 hours they came out to the house and did a great job. The technician Bryan was very professional neat tidy and very helpful with showing me how the thermostat works. Chris

    Annual Furnace Maintenance

    The technician Miguel that worked on my furnace was nothing but a pleasure to have in our home. He explained as he was going along which was important to me. Previously I used another company and I realized that they did not check half of the things that Miguel worked on. Hope to see Miguel again next year.

    Great work by the Limcan Team

    We typically work with Limcan for heating/cooling service needs. We had our ducts cleaned by Kevin and John and as soon as they arrived we're friendly and professional. They came on time today, completed the job seamlessly and left without any mess. We will continue to work with Limcan in future and recommend the work from Kevin and John.

    No follow up results in costly bill. Major part failure

    Technician was at my home and performed the yearly A\C tune-up that is in our service plan with them. As he was leaving, he explained to me that he was seeing some strange readings while servicing the unit, and would have someone else come back to put the gauges on it to see what it was. I never heard from him after that. No follow up by Limcan. Less than a month later, get a bill for 50% higher gas usage than even my highest previous bill . Notice AC not cycling as it should, running constantly . Call and get technician to come out. He diagnoses that the coil is shot (under warranty) but still charges me a diagnostic fee. Says he doesn't know if one is in stock, and leaves. I call in next morning to see if in stock and about when they may be coming out. Apparently there isn't a record of him checking stock,or arranging follow up repair . (I sense a pattern of behaviour by their techs) I arrange appointment to repair done. Also argue for a refund of the diagnostic fee, which they do . All in all, I paid out 50-70 bucks more in energy charges over the defective coil; and for a month sat through an increasingly warmer environment as the part failed. I sent a letter to the email address the receptionist pointed me too. They have ignored for 3 weeks.
